Hunter did a fantastic job of using the sewer scope and found the items of concern, seen on the inspection prior to buying this house. He was holding the obstructive items in his hand and I took a picture to send to the owners. Hunter was on-time, clean, professional and just a nice contractor to work with. As a real estate agent, I will recommend Mr Rooter to my clients in the future. Love that coupon for $95- can’t beat it.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. It started with a call into the business and Jerry or Terry not sure her name took my call and she was pleasant, clear, organized and got a call dispatched for the next day. My first service was with Caleb Crisman. He was very pleasant and thorough. We found I needed a jet cleaning and he performed the jet clean and added the fee for the drain cleaning as part of the jet clean pricing. He was here for about and hour and kept testing to ensure no backups continued on my laundry drain. I was with him and saw no retuning water. We ran the kitchen sink and no water came back up. He mentioned there was a 5 month warranty and if he leaves and issues show themselves they would be back out at not charge to me. The next morning after doing dishes a draining the sink I found some water coming up through the laundry drain that we could not get to replicate the day before. I called and Jerry arranged for someone to come out same day within a few hours. Again very courteous and friendly. Gage Wilson and Brandon came to inspect the issue. Upon doing a pressure test from the kitchen sink they found the issue was a dip in the kitchen line. They drained the line and do more testing to ensure no more water was backing up when draining the sink and all was well. They were very professional and thorough, courteous and a pleasure to do business with just like Caleb and Jerry. I feel like customer service they definitely value and I will use them for all my future needs. Again they mentioned the warranty and stated they will come out every day if I still see issues but there were no more issues after that kitchen line was cleared as well. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service Mr. Rooter formerly Rooter Town has proved me both in the past and on this last visit. They will continue to get my business. Thank you!

Mr. Rooter was fantastic from start to finish. Our kitchen sink was clogged and we also needed a new disposal and piping, as the original was rusted and falling. Josh T came out to replace our disposal and piping after the main line clog was cleared…Josh was amazing!! He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Braidyn and his team came out right away and were very professional. They were careful in diagnosing the problem and kept me informed and explained it well. I would definitely recommend them! Their team was also very polite and Braidyn told me both in front of them and when they weren’t around how good his team is. This was a huge project and unexpected, but I was glad that I found someone that I felt I could trust and cared about their job. I would definitely use them again if ever needed for anything else.

timothy from Mark Brothers Plumbing replaced a noisy and bulky garbage disposal under my kitchen island with a much quieter one from the same brand. he made sure to check for leaks in all the kitchen island plumbing after finishing the install. once the new disposal was set up, timothy used a camera to inspect my main drain line and snaked it to look for any clogs or other problems, and did this part for free. he even took the time to label my garbage disposal and dishwasher outlets, which i really appreciated since it hadn’t been done before. timothy went the extra mile, was professional, polite, and clearly knew his work well. i wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in denver needing a plumber.
