Technician, Rory Ashley, did a great job and the shower drain is good as new. He communicated to let me know when he’d arrive and then arrived on time. He was professional and courteous and nice as could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

The service was phenomenal! I called Mr.Rooter after getting a few ridiculous quotes from other plumbers. Damian came out assessed the toilet then looked at the valves. He then went to my crawl space to look at my main line. He gave me a quote to install a new toilet and replace two new valves. He showed up early the next day with an additional plumber and because I have an HOA waited patiently for Denver Water to shut water off. He started to prepare everything he could until they came.
He explained everything he needed to do took pictures gave me a quote that didn’t change when it came time to pay.
He was respectful, patient and kind. I highly recommend Damian and Mr. Rooter. In a stressful situation he was able to assure me with confidence the job will get done right.

Technician Rory Ashley was terrific!! Pleasant and competent, he called beforehand and then arrived on time. He completed the drain clean in a timely manner and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. He was also a genuinely nice person, which is much appreciated. I would recommend this vendor in general and Rory in particular.

My plumber was amazing- a young, knowledgeable and professional guy- hydro jetted my bathroom pipes and kitchen pipes, installed a new kitchen sink disposal and cleaned sewer line- all in one day! He was super nice, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the service - highly recommend!

After calling six other companies who were unhelpful, pushy, and made me feel like I was wasting their time, Vincent amazing. They were friendly and incredibly helpful over the phone, actually took the time to listen, and were the only ones willing to give me average prices upfrontwothout pushing for a $100 in home estimate that was non refundable. Vincent came out quickly, fix the issues and installed a new toilet quickly with no hassle, and charged a fair price. Excellent service—I’ll be using them from now on.

I want to do a shout out to Hunter Roy, an employee of Mr Rooter of Denver. We had to have our sewer scoped and serviced, and Hunter was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his field. We had lots of questions, and he answered every one of them. He was very patiently waiting while my husband was busy on the phone to discuss the results of his inspection. It was refreshing to have someone take the time to listen to our concerns and address them. Thank you, Hunter!

Had an unpleasant situation turn into a great experience! We had back up from a drain in our basement and had to shut down the kitchen. Rory A. Came out on the call to help find out the problem and he worked every angle to get the job done! We are so thankful for his dedication and determination to get the job Done! Rory was on time, commuted his ETA, knowledgeable and efficient. The issue in the drain was resolved within 30 minutes. It was a great job and while I hope I never need the service again, if I do, he’s the one I’ll request.

Their manager, Karl Giesselman, was outstanding throughout the entire process. His communication was clear and consistent, he explained every step thoroughly, and most importantly he stood by his word. Instead of walking away when the situation became complicated, Karl went above and beyond. He helped relay the issue to the other plumbing company, advocated on our behalf, and stayed involved until we were able to reach a solution.

We called Saturday afternoon because our kitchen sink drain was clogged. Rory came out before 6:30 and snaked and hydro jet our drain for a very reasonable price. Rory was also very courteous and professional during the entire job. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again. Thanks for a great job and wonderful experience.

Had a backup on our sewer line and called Mr. Rooter that morning and Robert arrived that day (on time) to do the line cleaning. He had to replace our clean out cap since it was sealed closed after not being opened for 20+ years. He found and identified a low spot in our line that was causing the backup. He completed the clean out and also scoped the line and was able to provide pictures and video of the low spot.
I am completely satisfied with his work and level of professionalism and honesty he provided. He did a clean job and was very informative.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was great to work with. We had an issue with our secondary drain line. Robert was the first technician to show up. He snaked the line from the kitchen sink. He explained to me why I had the issue that I had (water backing up from my basement shower, tub, floor drain). Showing all the grease that was in my line he suggested high pressure flushing. Took him up on it. Greatly appreciated Rory’s attention to detail. After Rory showed up to pressure flush/wash the line under the kitchen sink. He tested the lines and noticed there was still issues. Good thing he did, it backed up again. Rory was a thorough technician. He snaked the secondary drain downstairs. Pressure flushed the drain downstairs as well. Checked the system a couple of times just verifying that it was draining properly. Six month warranty gives my wife and I peace of mind. Maybe most people know this, but a good piece of advice. Just because it’s a garbage disposal doesn’t mean you should continuously throw food down it, it will eventually back up and line the drain with grease.

I called this morning about slow drain in our main bathroom. They came out this afternoon promptly. I thought that the drains needed roto -rooting. Gage said we just needed the drain and the pee trap cleaned out. He was kind, honest and quick. No trip charge. I asked Josh to give me some quotes on future plumbing repairs that is needed in my house based on my experience with him. I highly recommend Josh to any future customers.

We called a few places after discovering a mystery leak. Mr. Rooter had the quickest availability and they were the only ones able to work around our work schedules. Josh was able to come out the next day. He was so nice and professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly! The price seemed reasonable. We will definitely call them next time.
