Did an excellent job building my RV Hook up. All done by the code and reasonably priced in timely fashion!

Will was incredibly responsive, quick and helpful. He was able to provide help me out with an estimate and later come back that same day to repair said item. Quick response time, good attitude, friendly guy.

I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed "in the next week or two", given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a "review" person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

Garrett at Denver Plumbing Solutions replaced all of my old plumbing in my house, which was galvanized pipe and replaced it with plastic pex. The new hot and cold water lines will never rust and will keep my drinking water clean for as long as a I live here! Garrett and his team were responsive, mindful of the house, clean, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Not to mention the quality of work for the price. Very affordable! I would recommend Denver Plumbing Solutions to anyone!

Will saved us from an increasingly worsening situation quickly and professionally. He instantly understood, diagnosed and solved a complicated situation that two other plumbers could not solve. After 2 emergency visits from Denver Water, almost 3 days with no water, and a huge hole in our yard with still no solution with the other plumbers, Will came in and saved the day. He also saved my sanity, restoring our water and stopping our water main leak. Even though this was way after hours, Denver Plumbing Solutions did not gouge us and was worth every single penny. What started as a small part of my DIY bathroom remodel turned into much more when we opened up the walls. He went above and beyond the call of duty and ended up completely reworking most of the plumbing in the whole house. He installed systems that I didn’t know existed that will make future repairs or modifications easier and that make noticeable improvements to the flow of the water into the different parts of the house. He did everything we needed to complete the bathroom remodel and reworked all the outdated plumbing. He even labeled and color coded the new pex lines so that everything is organized and easy to identify.

Before he started, Will also patiently explained what was going on with my plumbing and educated me as to why different parts were suboptimal, outdated or just plain wrong. He walked me through all my options and recommended the best course of action as if he were in my position.

Fast, reliable and trustworthy. My wife and I are grateful to have found someone with such integrity to entrust such a vital part of the home too. If you need an honest and hardworking plumber, Will is a fantastic choice.

Will was amazing, returned my call right away. We were having hot water issues and found my water heater was over 13 years old and no longer working properly and had a leak around the bottom. They offer financing which I took advantage of the 0% and the water heater was replaced the same day. Very professional and pricing was upfront and cheaper than other bids. Thank you again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Will at Denver Plumbing Solutions. We had a gas leak that was found by AAA Services during a drain repair and they quoted us at 4x the price as Will’s. We were feeling forced into the AAA deal until we took a step back and ran through our options. After finding Will he assessed the work that needed to be done (was at our home within 45 minutes of the initial call) and did not try to sell us on any other services or additions that weren’t necessary. He then came back the next day, punctually, to finish the job (and even fix a leak that the AAA plumber caused the day before). Will was friendly and great to work with. We will definitely be using him for future projects.
