We needed a sewer clean out as part of an inspection in selling our house, and of course it needed to happen ASAP. I called at 3:30 and got someone scheduled to come out at 6 PM which I thought was crazy. Kelly arrived and was able to quickly assess that he wasn't going to be able to provide exactly what we needed and said that he didn't want us to unnecessarily pay for a service that wasn't going to do what we needed. We were able to get rescheduled for the service that we needed, but were so impressed with his honest appraisal of the situation. He saved us a lot of money which is beyond appreciated!

We had a great experience with Marcy. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and took the time to clearly explain the cause of the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Our Roto-Rooter plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. While the cost was higher than we expected, we felt it was somewhat justified since they were the only company we called that could fix our plumbing on the same day.

The lady taking phone calls has gotta be the rudest lady ever. I’m not sure why she works there if she is so rude with people you will not get anywhere with her. Don’t get me started on them trying to scam you for stuff you do not need. Save your time and money

Over the weekend, we had a drain back up due to a buildup of the tree roots getting into the drains. This caused the basement area to clog and we were in search of a plumber. We discovered Roto Rooter online. The technician Feras came and did a very good job getting things up and running again. He was very cordial and was done in a reasonable amount of time.

He also referred us to one of his coworkers to have the backup water inspected for water mitigation. He connected us with Steve who came within 40 mins to do a thorough assessment. Fortunately, we had a great diagnostic outcome. He gave us practical advice on how to dry out and disinfect the area. He, also, was very friendly and professional. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. The men were honest, genuine, and qualified experts whom we could trust for any tasks needed. We were really happy that we chose them and highly recommend them to others!
