Saul came out on a holiday for an initial inspection of two 20+ year toilets. He was quick and friendly, helping me to up an appointment to have them replaced. Richard was fantastic. He was very quick installing a new toilet upstairs and it works perfectly. We ran into some trouble with a 9” rough in downstairs, but Richard was great about looking into other options for me. In the end, he refurbished the old toilet and it is working better than it has since I moved in. No more wobbling! Zoom Drain was a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank Richard enough for the extra time and effort he put into helping me out with a wonky bathroom.

Shane Allen did a great job fixing our kitchen sink. He fixed leaks on both sides and replaced the disposal! The pipe fittings look great! Thanks Shane!

Zoom Drain saved my house - literally.

A major sewage line under my home was broken by a third party, and the situation could have kept my family out of our house for weeks. The team from Zoom Drain came in, found the exact problem, and handled it with total professionalism and precision.

They dug nearly 9 feet deep and 6 feet across, coordinated with all the responsible parties, and had the issue completely repaired in just two days. They kept me informed every step of the way and treated the job like it was their own home.

We called Zoom Drain for an appointment to clear a clog affecting the bathrooms on the back part of our house. Their plumber showed up at the tail end of the quoted window. He comes in. Surveys the situation and immediately starts to discuss the worst case scenario. He starts out using the most standard clog clearing tool and then tells us that the 6 feet of line he ran did nothing and he’d have to run his 300hp, 110ft Auger. He pulls the enormous tool in after pulling the toilet off its flange. He assesses after pulling the toilet and says that based on how clogged the hole looks, his guess is that we have a broken pipe between this area and the main line. He starts to set up the auger but he Ultimately finds out his machine is broken and after spending another 70 minutes talking on the phone, says he has to come back tomorrow with a working auger but promised to give a discount on the job.
After arriving an hour late the next day he ran the working Auger but told us our pipe problems were more serious than we realized. He charged over $700 for the Auger process that stretched over 2 days and wanted to charge an extra $300 to set the toilet back in place which we refused to pay so he left with the toilet sitting in the same spot he moved it to in the middle of the bathroom. We paid the hefty charge for the Auger which by the way was never discounted for showing up with a broken tool the first day.

The entire process with this guy was a nightmare, he complained about everything the entire time he was here and reminded me of John Candy in “Planes trains & Automobiles without any of the charm. And I’ve never been so frustrated having a plumber move my toilet and then want to charge me $300 to put it back where he found it!

Avoid this company like the plague!

Had issues with our kitchen sink not draining James came out and looked at the job after seeing an issue with the drain pipe and the configuration under the sink he gave me an estimate and timeframe he showed up and worked for about four hours fixing and verifying the work was done correctly he cleaned up the areas he was in. I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic his communication skills were excellent. I would recommend him and zoom drain for your plumbing work

The techs from Zoom drain were great, we did a general sewer line scope. They did a great job communicating the scope of service and provided a USB for us when they were done for our records. I highly recommend them. The cost was reasonable compar3d to 4 other quotes I received as well.

James gave me a heads up as to when he would arrive, initially a window of time and then within 15 minutes of arrival and that really meant a lot. He was extremely professional! He gave me the Diagnosis of my non-draining kitchen sink, and went about his business for over two hours. He solved the problem. Even after bringing the huge machine in with the snake to go down the drain 50 feet, He cleaned everything up and even cleaned under my kitchen sink, which I rarely think of doing. Very very happy with James and Zoom drain!

James and Derrick provided a quote for replacing a sump pump and drain pipe. Per their instructions I updated the electrical outlet to a ground fault outlet. All work was done to a high level of quality. The installation was better than the original installation from 24 years ago. The new pump is high quality and much quieter in operation. All completed in half a day.

We’ve had zoom drain assist us with our drain a couple of times. Great service, timely, and professional! Saul was really helpful diagnosing the issue and making recommendations. Highly recommended and plan to use them in the future.

Zoom Drain came through on a Sunday. Communication was excellent from first contact via Thumbtack until our technician, Shawn, let me know he was on his way. Shawn cleared out our kitchen drain. I asked him about some other services but he didn’t push the services which I truly appreciated. Will definitely use Zoom Drain in the future. Fair pricing and $0 service call even on the weekend.

We needed a new expansion tank and a quote for some renovation projects. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and Derek had the work completed in a couple hours and price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again!

Saul did a great job cleaning out our drain. He was prompt, communicative, and informative. Took extra time to answer our questions and show us how the drain looked, so we could better understand why our drain has been clogging due to roots. Any organization would be lucky to have a member like Saul on their team—way to go, Saul.

Saul and Shane were awesome! They were very polite and knowledgeable. We've had a blocked bathroom sink drain for A LONG TIME. They both agreed that a simple approach would be the best way to start (and the most cost-effective) with the understanding that if that didn't work, they had other options that would require additional costs. However, they had the time to get started even though they were here just for a consult. We felt comfortable with them trying the initial solution and see where we would go from there. With a lot of elbow grease and great senses of humor, they were able to fix our drainage problem with their original solution - saving us lots of time and money! We are so grateful for their time and expertise. We will definitely refer them/Zoom Drain to friends and family, and will of course be using them again for any of our plumbing needs.
