Can’t rate Zoom Drain and Plumbers Shawn Woodward and Jayden high enough! I need more than 5 stars. I had 2 master plumbers out prior and they could not find the source of my problem which was a sewer smell in my house. Shawn and Jayden identified the issue and corrected it in a hour. Great professionals, detailed and impressive. Plus they are great all around people. Thanks Zoom and Shawn and Jayden.

Saul and Jayden were quick and efficient taking care of my deeply clogged drain. From the beginning when I spoke to James on the phone to the service call everyone treated me like I was intelligent and could make decisions about my home. It’s not high pressure sales to get me to pay for a bigger job. It’s evidence and a real conversation about what my home needed!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink. A different plumber came out to help us and they weren’t able to clear the line. They gave us a very expensive quote to resolve it. $10,000

Shawn from Zoom Drain came out and unclogged our kitchen line in less than two hours. He was determined to fix our problem. He was friendly and communicated everything he did while he worked with us.

We’re only calling Zoom Drain from now on. They’re an honest company and will try to fix the problem affordably. The admin team is great as well, very kind.

Jd was awesome. He really knows his stuff. The price was good. He didn’t try to get me to do more than was needed. Jd was thorough, good communication and friendly. We will hire him again. Zoom Drain was the fourth company out. Jd was the only one that was able to do the job correctly and even fixed the damage that 2 other companies had done. He fixed 3 leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. He also installed a sink and faucet.

Saul is a true professional and a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived, he was very respectful and gave us a thorough breakdown of the process of hydro jetting.
​He showed us the problem area in the pipe so we understood what was going on. He took care of the roots by hydro jetting the pipe, and it was clear that he didn't rush the job. He stayed until everything was perfect, and you can tell he absolutely loves his job. We are so glad we found someone who takes this much pride in their work! Highly recommend zoom drain and saul as the technician!

Top notch service! They were responsive, communication was excellent and Jeff and his crew were friendly and professional. The work was done timely and on budget. Their price was reasonable and competitive. Also the cleanup on a messy project exceed expectations. King Rooter will be my go to company for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had a challenging sewer repair project, that additionally had issues that cropped up in the middle of it, and Hank, Robert, Jesus, and their teams went above and beyond to resolve the issues and complete the project. They truly over-delivered while not trying to upsell us on additional work. Highly recommended, they should be your first and last call when needing sewer repair work.

Had a unique problem with the piping to my fireplace, turned down by multiple companies but not this one. Hank, Mario, and Brandon took care of us and did a fantastic job! Fireplace is safer and works much better now!

Overall a great experience. Had them come fix a toilet on my commercial property. A couple hiccups getting scheduled due to being booked at a time not available and then technician not having time as the new scheduled time. Team was great at rectifying the situation with a small discount to make up for the mishap. Kollette in the office is great at communicating, always updating on when the tech is on their way, etc. Tech was great about providing different options at different price points to fix the toilet.

Brandon is awesome!! Really quick and efficient to get in and does a perfect job with all the repairs I have needed and I always appreciate his transparency! Highly recommend.

Arthur and John did a terrific job of installing an expansion tank on our hot water heater and hydro jetting our kitchen line. They were very professional, explaining what they did. They did a great job of cleaning up after they completed their work. I highly recommend them. Incidentally, the price for their work was reasonable.

Jordan was extremely helpful in replacing an outside faucet, installing a pressure regulator valve, and replacing the old galvanized pipe with PEX tubing.

Initially there was a leak in the original galvanized pipe after work, which took a couple days to find a solution, and we ultimately replaced all the galvanized with pex and copper. The job was bigger than any of us expected, however, I appreciated they came to our house three times, a supervisor helped present solutions on the last visit, and they credited my payment from job that didn’t hold originally to the final job.

They were professional and persistent with the challenge, and I do feel they made an effort to make sure we felt the price was fair and the job was done well. Thank you to Jordan and Hank for your help.

Hank and Kevin are rock stars! We had a sump problem that several crews that couldn’t properly diagnose or fix. These guys found the problem and came up with the best solution quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend! Thanks guys, life savers.

I contacted King Rooter Plumbing through a friend who referred them to me. I explained and sent King Rooter a video of a leak that we were very concerned about. King Rooter came over to my son in laws home and Robert and supervisor diagnosed the issue replaced the PRV and stayed at the house until everything was back to normal. They were efficient, professional, friendly and amazing to work with. We were very pleased and I would recommend King Rooter plumbing to anyone who is having an issue or emergency issue related to plumbing.

I called for an estimate. Jonathan came the same day and gave me estimates with different options. He then repaired a leaky pipe in the basement and installed a PRV. He was efficient, courteous and communicated clearly. I would call King Rooter & Plumbing again.

I took their earliest appointment which was a week out. They called and canceled the morning of the appointment and offered another appointment a week later. After stating this is an unacceptable solution they said maybe someone could make it out in two days. Not a professional company. Call someone else.
