We had King Rooter come to our home because our sewer line had backed up. They got the line cleared and offered us options. With no pressure, we chose to go with the sewer liner. They walked us through the process. We’re professional, cleaned after them self’s. Explained the process step by step and showed us the before and after video. We will refer them to our neighbors and friends.

Brandon was great with the work he did. However, the clean up after could have been better and after he left we found a trail of sticky residue from his machine. Overall the work was great!!

We had a small, but impactful issue and needed a plumber fairly quickly. I contacted King Rooter right when they opened and was contacted by their scheduler right away with a two hour window for that afternoon. The scheduler called back to say that the plumber could show up even earlier than planned, which was fantastic. The manager even contacted us before the service to touch base and make sure that they had all of the necessary info. Kevrick was our on site plumber and he was courteous, efficient, and honest. He resolved our issue quickly and charged an extremely fair price. I would recommend King Rooter & Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Jordan came over as I heard some gurgling in my toilet indicating a backup. We ran a number of faucets and showers, but the blockage must have released itself. He was super patient with me and spent longer than he probably needed to. He also looked at some of my other plumbing features that I had questions on, super helpful and will definitely be going with King Rooter for any future jobs!

Technician, Brandon, was solid, did a good job, knowledgeable and friendly. Quotes took longer than expected, prices were higher than expected. I negotiated… always get multiple quotes and negotiate. Had a simple 20’ line rooted out.

Hank and Shawn were awesome and did a great job fixing our tub drain and leaky shower valve. They did nice work, very professional, and efficient. Prices were right on with other companies. They took the time to do a quality job.

Jonathan did an excellent job cleaning out 80 feet of a root-filled sewer pipe, making a video with audio, and providing a detailed report I can use in my insurance claim. He was courteous, professional, and explained my repair options. I would hire Jonathan and King Rooter again.

I was so frustrated. Robert got there in the nick of time. The minute he came through the door bam moisture everywhere. Like a superhero, he jumped in the action, instantly diagnosing my problem as a soft clog. Within minutes, he was in and going to town with a few good thrusts. Like a miracle, everything was flowing like Niagara Falls. It was amazing.

I was having problems with the basement ejection pump for a 2nd time in as many months. I called King Rooter and they were able to set an appointment up quickly for the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was able to fix the problem efficiently. Jordan was polite and respectful. I locked King Rooters' contact information in my phone and will be using them again whenever needed!

Hank did an amazing job fixing my water heater and installed some maintenance items that will help the water heater work properly in the future. . He was extremely intelligent answering all of my questions and helped to educate me on how to keep my home running efficiently. I will definitely use King Rooter again in the future and recommend to all!

Jonathan and Brandon came to the rescue with our sewer line emergency. The line was broken under our 100 year old garage, 5 feet down. They were great! Not only professional, but quick to diagnose the problem, figure out a solution and fix the break. The repair was completed in a few hours, all while taking into consideration the structural integrity of the garage. When finished, it was if they hadn’t been there. Considering the stress of the situation, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Update: the owner reached out and has offered to make things right. She was out of town when this happened and the manager handled it very poorly. Updating to 4 stars because the work was done quickly and the crews were nice. Thank you, Stephanie!

I had a cracked cast iron pipe in the basement replaced by King Rooter. The quote was about half as much as our normal plumber's quote, and the reviews are good, so I decided to go with them. The work was done quickly and the crew was polite.

Amazing service! We had a serious clog that was flooding our basement and within 2 hours Brandon was at our house and within 30 minutes he had solved our problem. Super thorough and very professional. Glad we’ve found a go-to plumber going forward.

Brandon did a great job clearing our drain clog. Had another plumber in the day before who tried and failed at clearing the clog but Brandon was able to clear it in about 10 min. Good pricing and great knowledge. Would use King again.
