I recently had a great experience with Zoom Drain Denver South, and specifically with technician Shawn Woodward. From the start, the company was extremely responsive after I submitted an online form. They were professional and prompt in scheduling the appointment, which was especially appreciated since we were dealing with a basement drain backup two days before Thanksgiving—not an urgent emergency, but definitely something that needed attention.

They called ahead to let us know they were running early, which was a nice touch, and arrived on time. Shawn quickly assessed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. He completed the drain cleaning in less than 20 minutes, and everything is working perfectly now.

Shawn also took the time to explain the benefits of scheduling a hydro jet cleaning service, which we plan to do after the New Year. My experience was great beginning to finish. My initial phone call with Lindsey was very polite and informative. She gave me a range of pricing to expect based on the hydro jetting and reasons for why the pricing may vary when many other companies would not. She was not pushy but genuinely seemed interested in helping me solve my issue.

The technician, Shawn, was prompt, polite, and professional. He took the time to diagnose the problem and explain the solution as well as the associated pricing. He was thorough with multiple passes with the jetting hose as well as before and after camera inspection to ensure the blockage was clear. He also tested the ability of the pipes to drain multiple times after to ensure the problem I was having previously had fully resolved.

I highly recommend and will plan to use them again in the future.

Richard did a great job. He figured out where the leak was within 1015 minutes. It would have to be just a elbow joint that had come apart after all these years and he had fixed in no time very nice gentleman very professional very satisfied with the experience.

Richard our installer was fantastic. He goes above and beyond. The wholesaler they purchase the hot water tanks, closed on a Saturday, which they are usually open. He drove to Aurora which became a 2 hour trip, to get our tank and completed the install. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process which put us at ease. The install was amazing

Rep Richard showed up ready to work. Great communication on arrival time. Got the whole thing fixed and was friendly and knowledgeable and price was reasonable. Precious company wanted to charge $500. So glad I found Zoom Drain and glad they have Richard on their team. Would absolutely hire them again.

I was happy to know that I was able to find a plumber working on sunday. Shawn is a very well spoken and a sweet young man. It took a while to finish the project. Though he was able to accomplish what was needed to be done.

They give the customer a good explanation before starting the job. This helps decide properly. Not a low cost solution, but definitely very caring and clean while performing the job, which adds up.
