Donny was phenomenal. We had a hail storm come through, Donny was professional and showed us the damage on the roof, gave us multiple options, worked with out insurance company to get the top of the line hail protection roofing. I highly recommend any one else needing roof repair.

I would highly recommend CRC! Joe and his team are honest, communicative, and competent. They completed the work on time and did an excellent job!

I own a local Asian Fusion restaurant and Covid hit us hard with staffing issues and deferred maintenance on our building. I came in one morning around 4am after a wet snow to find water coming in to my kitchen. I called these guys from a google search and they were there by mid morning and I had a new roof very fast, I worked with Bryan and animator set things up — Couldn’t recommend their services enough, very pin free to work with and timely. I never write reviews for companies but felt like this one was worth mentioning.

I want to take a minute to share my CRC experience with any one looking for a roof. I had been fighting with my insurance company for 4 years over replacing my roof. I had more than one roofing company come out and do an evaluation. All said I needed a new roof. One company got pretty far with them, State Farm, but in the end they only wanted to replace one square, which I understand is a 4' x 4' square. My roof had 3 layers, and code would mandate the complete roof be replaced, but the insurance company would only agree to that square. They went so far as to send me a check for it. Which I did not cash, and it was a good thing I did not. Then along came Jaylene with CRC. I was thinking it would be the same thing with the insurance. But boy was that girl was tenacious, she kept telling me, no let me take a look. Well, you all know how the winter was last year, snow every other week, but she kept calling and I kept telling her, it still has snow on it. All the time thinking it would be a total waste of time. Well finally in April we got a break and Jaylene went up on the roof, she said you have a lot of wind damage up there, call your insurance and have them come out and she would meet them here. So I did, and I will be darned, if that girl did not get them to agree to finally replace the whole roof!!!! You could have knocked me over with a feather, I was so shocked. They actually agreed to replace it! I am so happy with the service Jaylene gave me, with the work of the crew! They had to replace 8 boards up there and trim some of the low hanging branches. They even shored up the gutters that had come loose. I am older and there is no way I could get up there and do that. I am so please with the work, the service and with the overall experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMMERCIAL ROOFING CONTRACTORS! If you want the job done right, give them a call. I know everyone there is fantastic, but if you happen to get Jaylene, you are in the best of hands!

Dave and Bryan helped us out a ton during the rain storm last week!! We had multiple leaks in the roof right above our retail cooler at My Fit Foods and water was coming through nonstop. I needed someone fast and had no contacts for a roofing contractor. Once I made contact with Dave he got Bryan to help us out within two hours when he had no notice at all on a Friday night! The water on the roof pooled right above the cooler and was about a foot deep because the drainage system was not working. Bryan pumped water off the roof all night, then Dave and Bryan cleaned out the area the next day. I was so impressed by the response time, problem solving, execution, and overall customer service by this company!!!!!!!

Highly recommend. I feel like I can trust CRC, they did not try to oversell me with costly roof repairs, they came out when they said they would, made recommendations and got started on our roof repairs that day and finished up later in the week. To find a knowledgable roofer whom you can trust and will actually show up and perform the work is a big win in my book. What a relief. I will be calling David and his team again in the future.

I was so grateful to find Dave K****** and CRC Roofing! I discovered roof leak #3 in the 6+ years I've lived in my home (which wasn't very hard to find since water was dripping from the living room ceiling!) While I'd had a new 30-year roof put on back in 2014 as a contingency to purchase, and it (somehow) passed city inspection, the initial job done by another contractor was definitely subpar. For the first 2 leaks, those original roofers returned to do the repairs. I didn't want to hire them a 3rd time for a couple of reasons that I don't need to elaborate on here, and with this year's wet spring season and a leak that was getting worse by the hour, I was desperate to find someone who could repair my roof in a hurry. I found out about Dave and CRC on the recommendation of a neighbor.

Everything went beautifully from start to finish. What I most appreciated was the excellent communication throughout our interactions every step of the way, from getting a quote right through to job completion. When the scheduled day needed to be changed, Dave gave me ample notice and rescheduled in a very reasonable time frame. I also got a reminder the night before work was to be done as well as when there were any delays, which were never more than an hour or two.

I was also impressed with the crew. They were friendly, pleasant, and respectful. One crewman chatted with me about details around insurance coverage for roofing, and I really appreciated having that information for future reference. They also left my grounds looking great when removing scrap and debris when the job was done.

I felt Dave went above and beyond my expectations for this roof repair. I didn't go with my lowest quote but with CRC for the reasons stated above. I would hire them again without hesitation for any of my roofing needs. Many thanks to CRC for a job well done!

Was referred to them by a family friend and I could not be happier with the work that was done on my leaking roof. I was experiencing pretty severe leakage from a recent snow storm and found their business through a quick google search. Brian arrived at my house just a couple hours after the call for an inspection of the roof/leak. Upon inspection he determined that the leak did not warrant an insurance claim or a full replacement. Brian was back out the next day to fix the leak and did an incredible job. I am very impressed with the work that was done and the interactions I had with everyone at the company.

I would recommend them to anyone who is need a a roof repair or new roof installation - very professional and affordable rates!

CRC did a great job on my roof after I had hail damage. Donny kept me up to date on what needed to be done and helped us with our insurance claim. His crew did an excellent job on your roof and gutters. He also walked me through and showed me what needed to be done. They got the job done with in a week. If anyone has to go through a roof repair I recommend going with CRC.

I am very pleased with the work that Commercial Roofing Contractors did on my commercial property. The crew was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I am especially happy with the results of the metal roofing. It looks great and was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

This company was great to work with. We worked with Dave, Chris and Bryan and all had good attention to detail and addressed the issues we had with our flat roof in a timely manner. They addressed issues with siding and windows (in addition to the roof).

I wish the builder had used them for the original roof on our home. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them for any issues that come up in the future.

Commercial Roofing Contractors, LLC is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the inspection, to quote, and then installation of the roof on my building, I was impressed by the quality of service and quality of the work done. The company operates in a timely manner and my new roof is incredibly well done for a totally reasonable price. My shop is no longer leaky and and I am back in business with a solid structure to work in and display my custom contracting work. I highly recommend Commercial Roofing Contractors.

Just had our roof replaced. Everything went great and looks amazing!! Everyone was very nice and considerate of all the personal property around my town home. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Got recommended them by a friend and now I need to find a way to repay that friend. A great experience after my roof was destroyed from a storm. I worked with Rachel who was very helpful and Nina at the front desk was just a blessing to interact with. Good rates, communication throughout the process, friendly workers, and exceptional quality of work. No need to look further when choosing a roofing company, this company is the best in the area.

Commercial Roofing Contractors did an excellent job of securing the new roof materials in time for installation prior to our sale date. The installation was done in a timely and workmanlike manner and the cleanup was the best we have ever experienced from any contractor. Tom Kuna was our project manager and went above and beyond in coordinating, communicating, and guiding through the process. They also were successful in securing additional insurance recovery for items missed by the company estimator and undervalued by the insurance company's compensation tables.
Overall an excellent experiance and we would highly recomment Commercial Roofing Contractors for any roofing project.

Heath and his team were fantastic! Were able to complete our roofing project in a short time a week prior to closing on our house even with a surprise re-deck of the roof. Highly recommended!!

They replaced the roofs on all 54 of our homes in our complex. They had numerous teams going at once so it was completed within two weeks. They also replaced skylights and gutters. The shingles are supposed to hold up under hail, but we haven’t had any yet, so we’ll see. The teams were friendly and careful about the property and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I couldn’t give five stars because I don’t know how well these are going to hold up in the future.
