Cory is an absolute master class when it comes to roofs and roof repairs. We need a few tiles replaced at a home and Cory was there within 24 hrs to take a look and the repairs were done the following day. True professionals! Advocate Construction recently replaced two roofs on my rental properties due to a major hail storm. My insurance adjustor was only going to cover half of one roof, but Cory and Brianna were there for the inspection, and got two full roofs covered! Their diligence during the inspection saved me so much money! And Brianna has been amazing since the work was done, she Is extremely detail oriented and is following up on every detail with the roofs, permits and my insurance. I want to give a "shout out" to Rhea Levin. After the hailstorm my roof needed repairing. In addition to the roof quality being great, Rhea guided me with the insurance claim process which was quite challenging. Dealing with the insurance claim was far more complicated than I thought. Thanks Rhea for helping me work through it!

When we met our project manager David Walker I began asking a lot of questions on how to make our home more energy efficient. First question David asked me was "when was the last time you looked at your insulation"? I sheepishly told him, 'never'. He was not surprised, but said he would be happy to swing by and take a look. The service Metro provided us was GREAT and learned so much with David's knowledge. A thorough inspection was done and insulation was the best result for being ready for summer and winter. The work was great and the clean up and protection of our walls and floors was very professional. These guys are Super!

A+++ Contractor! They did an amazing job on replacing my homes roof. They didn’t ask for any money down until the material was delivered and waited for my insurance to pay at the end of the job. Zero stress and great workmanship!

The work they did seemed to be good to me and the one small leak we appeared to have was addressed quickly. Generally I found them to be very professional and communicative. One employee, though, apparently has some strong political views and wore a very political hoodie. I did not find that to be very professional. Their initial final invoice also included work (removal and reinstall of solar panels) that they did not do. They corrected it quickly, but it was an oversight that should not have shown up in a final invoice.

Metro Construction was selected by our HOA for services. They were so professional, kind, respectful that I continued service with them for window replacement. Not only were they timely and professional, but they have a very familial manner. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to provide great service. Thank you.

Metro Construction upgraded the insulation in my attic and added several vents. The entire process and the value of the upgrade was explained to me quit completely before the work was done. Everyone on site doing the work was very professional and very thoughtful. I have two dogs that were curious about both people and the door which was partially open while the insulation was being blown in. I was pleased to see how much the dogs were watched out for. Clean-up was well-done and the upgrade makes a noticable different on baking hot days! Thank Goodness!

Kevin Cooley was the project manager that visited our home today. I have to say that from his first hello and handshake I had met a new friend. His knowledge and sharing of information was appreciated. And there was no pressure! We have Kevin's information stored in our contacts so that if we have any home improvement needs we will contact Kevin and if Metro Construction does not do the work we are seeking, I can trust that a referral from Kevin will be a good one.

Hello, my name is Sarah and I just recently had Metro Construction replace my roof and gutters. I was referred by a friend who used a Project Manager named Mark.

I was skeptical to use Metro because they had some angry people write Google Reviews, which I rely on for all my shopping. Mark showed up, told me I had hail and wind damage to my roof. I had my insurance company come out, they agreed I had damage so my fiance and I decided to bit the deductible and get new gutters and a roof. Turns out the roofing codes changed a lot in Aurora, so I got all these code upgrades

-New Decking
-New Edge Metal EVERYWHERE
-Ice & Water
-Better Shingles
-More Ventilation

I also had my house appraised for a refinancing, and I no longer have to pay mortgage insurance because the new upgrades increased the value of my home by so much.

Ask for an inspection by Mark, he will take care of you, and tell him Sarah sent you! Sounds like some of the Project Managers are better than others.

PS-My fiance didn’t want to do it because of the $1000 deductible, but I made him look stupid which was really funny!

Metro Construction worked on my home and did a wonderful job! Being that I am a Project Manager in my profession I appreciated the consistency in their communication with me throughout the process and their thoroughness with the work completed. They earned 5 stars and I couldn’t be happier!
