After water damaged most of my family's home it was comforting to have such a knowledgeable, hardworking, competent team of people work to restore the house. This family-run business worked tirelessly for over a week to save what they could, remove what was destroyed and dry everything out so that repairs could start the next week. They are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to get my family back into our house as soon as possible.

Tomas and Sonia called me immediately when they were notified of the flood in my condominium. They are very knowledgeable about their work and they provide articulate explanations. After their thorough analysis of the damage they quickly went to work to mitigate. They were able to accommodate my schedule and they were very courteous. I highly recommend Sonia and Tomas at PuroClean.

DO NOT use this company for your mitigation needs. I called them to deal with a minor intrusion of ground water through our foundation. The bid included a large scope of work which included fan and fluid collection along with removing a wet carpet pad, base boards and dry wall for further drying. Their employee’s estimate was that all of this work would “not cost over $2000.” The initial equipment was placed and carpet pad removed. They returned three days later and determined that no further work needed to be done. I assumed that since half the work was not done that the bill would be much less than the estimate. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. The bill was over $2000! Their itemized bill was stuffed with egregious charges for labor and supplies as well as ridiculous markups. They then informed me that they bill for the time it takes them to drive back and forth to their warehouse and included a “labor minimum” on top of that! In addition, the charge for the removal of a small carpet pad was over $300! $200 was for a “disposal fee” which surprised me since the dump charges the rest of us $20. After exhaustingly challenging them on these charges, they eventually capitulated to only minor decreases in the bill. This is an unethical company who takes advantage of those in need and pads their bill. They underbid the project to get you to choose them and then load their bill with bogus charges in the end. I would strongly recommend that you choose a more reputable company for your mitigation needs.

PuroClean was very prompt and helpful. This was my first time dealing with a leak issue and they walked me through all the steps and made it as painless as possible. Great communication considering I
was out of state for a large majority of the inspection process. They also connected me to an awesome contractor to help patch up the job.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, caring, hard-working team of people for our smoke remediation work. A complete cleaning of the interior (walls from ceiling to floor, furniture, windows and doors, framed pictures all taken down, cleaned and rehung), attic (insulation removal, thorough cleaning, and new insulation installed) and exterior (walls, windows, decks, even sidewalk pressure cleaned). All this work done efficiently by a crew of men and women that had a great attitude! It was truly a pleasure working with them to get the job done! Very highly recommended!!

PuroClean was amazing! We had a pipe burst on Friday. That same day in the afternoon, the PuroClean team got here very fast and started taking care of the situation ASAP. They were very professional and very respectful with me and my family. They moved things out of the way very carefully. They explained what they were doing and what they were going to do in my house. They came by every day to check how was the drying progress. It was very helpful having such a professional team walking us through this process, it seemed that they truly cared and gave us their best in making our situation much more easy. I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at PuroClean of Central Denver & PuroClean of Central Colorado Springs & Golde for the inspection of my home after a pipe burst and flooding of the house. The team was professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing a great job. They provided me with a free estimate and an accurate assessment of the damage caused by the flooding. They also set up air dehumidifiers to help prevent any additional damage.
The team worked diligently and with great attention to detail. They were able to accurately assess the damage and provide me with a thorough report of their findings and recommendations. They were also very helpful in providing advice on how to best mitigate the damage and restore my home to its pre-flood condition.

Chris and Luis were so professional and finished cleaning up my basement after a flood this weekend. They were very transparent, explained every part of the process and finished the work quickly and efficiently. They had to tear down my ceilings, walls, and floors but they did it in less than a day! Chris is great to work with and he was so kind and helpful. They really made a stressful situation so much better and I am so thankful they came out to help.

They are efficient in their communications, prompt with keeping their scheduled appointments and professional with performing the agreed upon service. PuroClean was the third restoration provider we met over the course of a water leak problem in our kitchen and they were definitely the best. They were referred to us by our insurance company. When others told us our entire kitchen had to basically be torn apart (including countertops, backsplash, plumbing and floor), PuroClean gave us a good plan that caused the least amount of disruption. Follow through was top notch and communication was helpful and frequent. First Nicola and his assistant came out and explained the process and took measurements. They were easy to understand and clear about what they would do. They recommended using an additional company, RenewMedic, to remove our cabinets without destroying the countertops, backsplash or plumbing. PuroClean would then follow up with flooring removal and drying and cleaning, doing whatever was necessary to make our kitchen usable again. It took a few weeks for us to make a decision along with our insurance company. PuroClean did not disappear; rather, they kept contact by message and email and once we gave them the green light they began work very quickly, setting up a neat enclosure and starting the drying process. Within a few days our cabinets were out and off to the shop to remake what needed to be done, and the drying and cleaning work of PuroClean was completed. After the work was completed the kitchen was left clean and neat. Additionally, the office professionals at PuroClean provide prompt and clear estimates, invoices and are available right away for any phone communication. I don’t usually write long reviews but I believe PuroClean deserves high praise for not only the excellent work they do, but the way they treat their customers. I will always recommend them in the future.

My townhome flooded and caused a ton of water damage. Eric, the project manager, was amazing! He and his team got an entire bathroom, bedroom and kitchen completely renovated and fixed up in under 3 weeks. Everything looked brand new! He even had my townhome professionally cleaned at no additional charge after they were all done. I highly recommend ServPro and will use them for any future issues!
