We had an exceptionally poor experience that took over a year to resolve. We had incorrectly ordered windows, damaged windows and doors, went out of our way to help the company and in the end were treated very poorly. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My personal year long experience is outlined below. 02.17.2024 – signed agreement with Reflections for 24 windows and 2 doors to be installed. Week of 05.13.2024– Windows arrived to Reflections. Installation date sent - May 27th. Week of 05.20.2024 – Installation date moved to June 10th - June 13th. 06.11.2024– Installers arrive with 4 wrong sized windows,1 wrong window and 20 dented window sashes. Installers ask to cut larger windows in home to cover their mistake and save themselves money. As a favor to installers, home owners agree. Installers go ahead with installing all dented and damaged windows claiming it's not their responsibility to install quality products. Additionally, damage to both Milgard doors was communicated and Milgard warranty request was made for screen damage, scratched glass and scratched vinyl finish. Week of 06.17.2024– Given poor quality of windows and doors, installers arrange for the manufacturer (Pella) to come to the house to evaluate and order replacements for damaged windows. After multiple appts with Pella, 20 damaged window sashes are ordered. Reflections communicated that the awning window was ordered in addition to window sash replacements. Week of 08.12.2024 – Replacement window sashes arrive, ~5 of the 20 are once again damaged. New windows are ordered. Initial installation of awning window. Awning window sash was damaged and the screen did not fit the window frame. New screen and sash are ordered. Week of 10.15.2024 - Additional Pella appointment to replace damaged sashes. 1/5 sashes were damaged but replaced. Large awning sash replacement not ordered. 02.26.2025 - replacement windows (awning and final casement sash) arrive and are not installed due to sash damage on both replacements, new screen that fits awning was not ordered and was missing. 04.15.2025 – Final Pella window arrives and is installed. Total time from order to final installation 423 days.
