We had the unfortunate experience of coming home after a long vacation to find that the hose on our washing machine was leaking, leaving us with water damage in several rooms in our house. We engaged with ServPro of Denver West to help with mitigation (getting everything dried out safely)! This afternoon, Nardo and his team came to clear out the damaged drywall and insulation, and then set us up with dryers and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. We were very impressed with Nardo and his crew - they worked together well and knew what needed to be done. They also were conscientious about keeping our house as clean as possible (given the demo that had to be done). Nardo started out by telling us what was going to happen, and then kept us informed as things proceeded, while patiently answering our questions. A specific call out to Andrea and Leonardo, who were taking care of so many necessary tasks, efficiently and thoroughly throughout the afternoon. They know what they are doing! Thanks to this team for getting us one big step closer to having our house back in order!

We had a water leak from our washing machine that soaked carpets in the adjacent room. Orlando and Samuel from SERVPRO of denver west came out promptly and performed initial mitigation. They were quick, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are happy with the service so far.

Taye and Michelle words cannot describe how amazed and pleased I am with them. Not only were they able to help my grandmother get a clear explanation to what has happened they were very patient and understanding. This is her home and God has truly blessed us with these two.

Mold remediation team was fast and did a great job. However, the reconstruction team seems primarily interested in finding ways to gouge insurance as much as possible. When they found out that we had a different company doing the flooring and were likely paying out of pocket (so didn't need nearby, unaffected rooms painted, etc.) they declined to even provide a bid. So - they'll rip up your drywall but if there's not enough money in it for them they won't bother to put anything back together.

This business and this team were absolutely incredible! I had an unexpected flood in my house and they had a team over within a matter of hours. Shenard “Nardo” and Samuel were remarkable. They were incredibly thorough, explained the work they were doing, found problem areas I wasn’t even mindful of and they fixed the issues in my home. I am very grateful and look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend this business. They were a life saver.

Nardo, Leo and Trinity did outstanding work with the placement and removal of equipment at my home. They were efficient and friendly.

Recommended based on our experience! We had a water damage remediation project. Drywall paint and the like.

SERVPRO of Denver West's team is top notch. They didn't just show up on time, they showed up early! The team did an excellent job and was a pleasure to talk to. I will have no problem referring them to friends, family and clients in the future!

This has been the biggest joke of my life! My neighbor flooded my condo on January 5th and there is damage to my ceiling in my kitchen. Servpro has been to my house SIX times and they still have not completed the project successfully. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want to wait months and months for a job that does not look satisfactory whatsoever! They act like they want to help, but I think they just want $$
