Very pleased with the work Blackhawk remodeling did at our home. Eric Gonzalez made communication easy and was very quick to respond. Freddy provided great work and communication on site and Alfredo provided thorough clean up. It is still early to assess all the work, and yet so far we are happy and would recommend.

Both Saul and Andrea did a fantastic job with coming back and continuing their work and how quick and professionally they both are.

The most decietful slow and unprofessional company you can hire. If you want to have poor worksmanship from inexperienced contractors they hire, face numerous delays, and overall have a bad time, choose Servpro. Read the bad reviews and check what they all have in commom.

We had a water leak. After mitigation of the wet sheet rock and mold in the walls and ceiling, and hardwood floors, Osprey came in and did the restoration work. The restoration included replacing the damaged sheet rock, texturing and painting walls and ceilings to exactly match the undamaged areas, and repairing wallpaper so we couldn't tell there was ever damage.

The greatest part of the restoration included replacing and restoring the damaged Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring. Osprey got a top notch hardwood floor subcontractor to do the work. Our hardwood floors look better than they ever have. The floor project required moving five rooms of furniture into a pod for a few weeks, then moving everything back into the house when the work was finished. We were real anxious about having our furniture moved, but the Osprey workers were so careful to make sure nothing was damaged. Construction involving dry wall and sanding floors results in a lot of dust, but Osprey made sure to clean up. They brought in a crew to vacuum, dust and wipe down everything after the restoration was complete.

We are especially pleased with the project manager, Mr. Ron Brill. He kept in close touch with us, and he addressed any and all of our concerns. We had a great experience using Osprey, and we would certainly use them again.

Orlando, Dalton and the rest of the team were fantastic!! They thought of all the details during a very stressful time. My experience was so good I had to give them hugs!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services!

Servpro did a great job mitigating the water damage and drying things out in my basement after it flooded, however my positive review ends there after I received the egregious bill that followed. I understand that emergency services require a premium, but this bill was above and beyond what would be reasonable.

The total cost of mitigation was double what it would cost to replace the flooring. I was charged over $3,400 in air drying equipment (Air Movers, Dehumidifiers, and Negative Air-fans, 12 in total) used over a period varying form 2-5 days. Not only was the charge was excessive, but they put air drying equipment in rooms that did not need drying (closet, bathroom, furnace room, and storage room).

The cost to remove the underlayment was $2,300, just shy of the cost to remove the LVP flooring at $2,700. There is no way underlayment removal should cost this much. The entirety of underlayment would fit in 1-2 trash bags and would take no more than a few minutes to remove.

In addition, they were going to charge me to perform wall cuts. Fortunately, I transferred services to a new company who tested the walls and determined wall cuts were not necessary as the walls were dry. Due to the wall cut proposal, I had to come out of pocket for asbestos testing that was not necessary.

Although, I appreciate the work done to dry the basement, I feel this company is only there to capitalize on homeowners during their most vulnerable times. I would use someone else for emergency mitigation in the future.

We had a pipe crack in our finished basement, which caused partial flooding. I called SERVPRO of West Denver, and within an hour Dalton arrived to assess the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and guided us through the entire remediation process. I highly recommend SERVPRO of West Denver—and especially Dalton—for their prompt response and excellent service.

Eric Gonzalez represented the company with the utmost professionalism! His organization and communication were key in managing his team and the various steps needed. I highly recommend Eric as a Project Manager.

However, the plumber used by SERVPRO for my specific Englewood property should not be used again and does not possess the necessary knowledge to represent the company well.

Spencer and Michele did a fantastic job of explaining the process and setting up machines to dry my rooms as efficiently as possible to save my kitchen cabinets, drywall and my carpet. They arrived quickly and are available to answer any and all questions throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a large mold issue in the basement of our home. We really liked the team at Servpro- they gave us a competitive quote to get the job done thoroughly. They were ready to do the work immediately. We really appreciated their clean and detailed approach during the work. I worked with Dalton Croft. He was very responsive and gave me regular updates on the ongoing work. He came in at the end and did a final inspection to confirm all was completed and mold free. Big job- call these guys!
