The team at Mosaic Outdoor Living is amazing! From Klint designing our deck and year-round outdoor living space, to Tim managing the day to day construction, to all the crews working on it, to the office staff supporting the project, everyone was engaged with us and very responsive to our questions, concerns and -yes- modifications as we went along in our 6-month long construction project.

While we had some hiccups during construction (as all construction projects do), the Mosaic team was always forthcoming and looked for solutions that would allows to continue moving forward with minimum impact both to timing and budget.

We truly enjoyed working with the Mosaic team and we are enjoying our gorgeous outdoor space year-round. After all, we're in Colorado and the outdoors are meant to be enjoyed!!

We definitely recommend Mosaic to anyone who's looking into being able to experience outdoor living in the comfort of their own home.

Klint and the Mosaic team took the time to listen to what we wanted from our deck project. They genuinely care about providing the best solution and put care into creating a design and renderings that captured what we were looking for. I would definitely work with them again.

Starting a big home project is always stressful but good communication can eliminate so many problems. I looked for a company with good reviews on communication and was not disappointed with Mosiac. Mike was our project manager and was a delight to work with. I wouldn't say the project did not have some problems but what home remodel project doesn't? Mike was responsive and took action quickly. My advice to anyone starting a project - review your design proposal with your project manager at the beginning to make sure you are all on the same page. The design pictures are renderings and not exact to the products that will be used, and somethings look better on paper than in reality. Overall, we love our new patio and would recommend Mosiac to our friends.

We had a great experience working with Mosaic. Everything went smoothly from the design phase to completion. We received help with ideas and workarounds due to the age of the house. Our project manager provided weekly updates so when there were delays due to sub-contractors (there always are) we worked thru them together. Everyone was very professional and respectful! Love these guys. 😊

Building a brand new, complex deck is a huge project. We appreciated the hands-on, caring and honest attention to detail from the entire Mosaic team. There were some challenges, like in any construction project, and they made it right every single time. I completely have confidence in the Mosaic team to create a beautiful new space and be the best partners through the entire project. We absolutely love our amazing new deck!

Mosaic Outdoor Living was a dream company to work with! Klint and his incredibly communicative team helped make our vision of the perfect deck become a reality. We had to solve several problems with our old deck. It got full sun as it’s west facing, and was always too bright and hot to use all summer. So we wanted to add a patio cover for shade, a cooler decking material to not burn our feet, and a few features to make it more usable in all seasons of the year. Throughout the process, the project manager Mike and later with help from Matthew really kept us informed every step of the way and were very responsive with my questions and concerns. I’m an engineer by trade and I will say I have high standards for large home projects. Rest assured that the team at Mosaic will take care of you and put you at ease. They’re professional in every way. I loved following along in the whole process and was fairly involved with their team as things progressed. In the end, they presented us with an immaculate outdoor living space complete with shade cover, outdoor kitchen, fire features, heating, and cooling. Everything they used was high quality. My engineering specialty is materials engineering so this mattered a great deal to me. My family absolutely loves the result and we find ourselves using it as much as possible! It’s an extension of the house now, and we feel so much more connected to nature and the outdoors because of it. Here’s some before and after pictures as well as the original design rendering. We worked with Klint and Matthew at Mosaic to transform our aging/crumbling deck into a gorgeous outdoor living space. From our initial consultation to project completion, the entire team was attentive, professional, focused on getting the job done right, and highly collaborative. We are thrilled with the results!

Klint really listened to our needs and ideas during the initial consultation. His design and vision for what would be possible both on the deck and below it to create a usable, 4-season living space was eye opening.

Matthew managed the project flawlessly, from permits and inspections to construction to final details. Building was not straightforward due to the shape and elevation of our lot, and everything was handled without issue or complaint, including the giant crane that lifted the main steel beam over our roof. Matthew was on site regularly, super helpful and friendly, and worked with us to make sure that what we were getting aligned with Klint's design and our expectations. All the crews were friendly and professional, and seemed supported to deliver the highest quality work. The Mosaic office staff were all responsive and helpful.

As homeowners, we're used to delayed timelines and cost overruns on building and remodeling projects - it was such a wonderful surprise when Mosaic finished ahead of schedule and on budget! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

tried working with RMOL for a second time around, and it's been hell! Nick walked away from the job because it was a job he didn't want to do anymore. He is refusing to give me my deposit back without signing a NDA about my experience.
He told me any money used for design will be used toward the project. He had put a few trees up and wouldn't use the design fees for that. And on top of the 4500 for design I already paid .. he wants to charge me another 3500 for "time" .. it's a total scam that I am now getting a lawyer to get my deposit back and all these dees nick's trying to charge me. BEWARE when signing with RMOL. It seems they are turning into m3

Nick and his team did a wonderful job. They worked hard, coming out nearly every day. Anything we asked of Nick his response was always, "I can do that", and it was magically done. The work area was always kept nice, and the workers were very respectful. We are very happy with our pool, pavers, and wet deck, and even have another project scheduled with Rocky Mountain, the Go-Getter company!

Don’t waste your time with this company!!! They came to give us an estimate April 16, with a quote turn around time of 4-7 business days. We received automated emails saying they were working on the quote a few times, and we checked in on the 10th business day to see what the progress was. We’ve been told multiple times it’s coming. The automated emails stopped and we honestly believed they either forgot about us or that we weren’t giving them a big enough project and moved on. They did however manage to send us automated emails to sign up with their lender for a loan. We decided to check in one more time and were told the 14th business day that we would receive the quote the next day. It’s now the 16th business day, and still no quote. When they provide work it does appear to be beautiful, but we won’t be experiencing that. Communication is a huge factor in choosing a landscaper and unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball.

My second-floor wood deck was 50 years old and in terrible shape. The nails had popped up and the wood had splintered.
It was not safe to use. I had read good things about Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living and called them for a quote. Having previously researched pricing I was pleased the quote was well below other proposals. I couldn't be happier!

I wouldn’t let these guys build a sandbox. Extremely unprofessional and no communication whatsoever. Overcharged by thousands of dollars and the work was never finished. I would definitely do your homework as there are much better outfits out there.

Nick and company (RMOL) did all the landscape work on our last home, as well as the design work for same and French doors upstairs and downstairs. They also created an upper deck for us and executed a backyard Belgard outdoor living space that included gorgeous inlaid tile with a fireplace, fire pit and cooking space with a huge outdoor barbecue and cooler. Nick and co designed a space with trees and shrubbery that all blooms at different times so as to have an outdoor space that maintained itself! All we had to do was enjoy it, and we did!! When we sold our home, it was the major selling point AND it was very hard to leave. We would recommend RMOL for any project, big or small.
