Dan and his team did a great job replacing my roof in January. Dan initially came out to inspect the roof and sent me a bunch of pictures of hail damage that I could send to my insurance company. Once I started the claim Dan met the adjuster at my house to do the official inspection. Once approved we set a date and communication from Dan was great. We had to move the install date due to weather but he worked with my schedule. At final inspection the county found an issue with a vent cap, not something Dan or his team touched, and he repaired it no questions asked then received the final approval. His team did a good job cleaning up and came back twice to look for nails or other debris. Highly recommend Dan and his team.

Team Construction, in the case of our job led by Dan, were a pleasure to work with throughout the job. Dan was courteous and very complete with information requests when I was going through the selection process to decide which company to work with. Dan was very knowledgeable and available about the process insurance companies use to price, approve, and pay for work and he was a great help in navigating the insurance process. There was a lot of damage to our home resulting in a complex job requiring a lot of teams, and the scheduling of Team Construction's work plus any other parties they used was well communicated and courteously arranged. The work was perfromed in a timely manner and completely. Great job overall!

Dan is great to work with. We were in need of a new food fast and Dan was able to get the work scheduled quickly and did the entire job in one day! The roof looks great and the workmanship is unparalleled. It was a pleasure to do business with Dan.

Dan and his team did an exceptional job with our roof and gutter replacement in Oct 2017. Dan was always very prompt with returning phone calls and answering questions throughout the entire process. He followed through with every detail of the repair to make sure it was completed to our request and liking. After the job was complete his crew was very thorough with clean up and made sure our yard was left in a better condition than when they started. I would highly recommend Team Construction Roofing & Exteriors and will use them again in the future!

I have a very difficult and high roof, I had asked many other companies to re-gutter my home, several said, they simply could not do it, others gave a quote that was three times higher than mile high. I strongly recommend using mile high, as they were extremely professional and on time. The owner of the company followed up twice after installation to check if I was satisfied. I have since used them on several of my rentals. Thank you guys for your skill and professionalism.

We had a small section of our house where the soffits and some siding needed to be replaced due to an ice dam this winter. Our project was too small for most siding companies to take on, but Mile High was happy to help. From getting a quote to paying our invoice, the entire experience was fantastic. From the estimate to the finished work (gutter cleaning and replacement of two problem gutters) the whole team at Mile High were professional, friendly, extremely respectful, and very hard working - even though the day was cold and some of the gutters were iced over. Mile High Gutters came and repaired and re-routed our gutters - they are incredibly professional, did a great job, and were so nice to work with. We had them come out and do a follow up on what we thought needed a repair, and even though it was a gutter they didn't work on, they helped us with the issue. Cannot say enough good things about this business - don't hesitate to use them for your gutter needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came out to put in new gutters and explained what they were doing and why. Reasonable price, quick installation, quality work.

Two years out, I had some issues and they came out the day I called to take a look. They explained what was going on (an issue with the flashing - a roof issue) but did what they could to prevent the problem.

When a roofer came out to take a look, they told me it was a gutter problem so I called Mile High and they came out right away and looked again, took video and explained what was happening and what they thought would help.

They gave me a referral to another roofing company (Troost). Troost was really helpful as well.

Mile High Gutter goes above and beyond. They have great integrity and really care about the quality of their work.

Extremely prompt and friendly reply when I reached out for a quote. They came out and did an inspection soon after I called and walked me through their decision process for recommending the gutter guards they did. The installation team was efficient and friendly too.

We had a great experience with Mile High Seamless Gutters. Our gutters had not been cleaned in about 2-3 years (whoops) and we also had some damage to a few of them. Came out and did a preemptive assessment quickly. Then sent a team of 2 to the house about a week and a half later (had to order some gutters in the color we needed) and got the job done quickly. Looks great and functioning very well. They are also extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely be using again, excellent job and great customer service, cannot recommend enough!

After the recent heavy rain in Denver, we realized the gutter on our commercial property had been damaged. Mile High Gutter sent someone to look at the problem that afternoon. The warranty had expired on the initial install, but Mile High repaired the damage free of charge! Mile High was so quick to respond, and did a fantastic job! Thanks to all of you!

After reading many reviews I decided to go with Mile High Gutter. They did a fantastic job from my first call to the office, to the estimator Dan, who takes time to give you a personalized estimate based on facts about your property, not just what you want to hear to get the job sold. Lastly, the Install crew, who happened to work through the weather to finish up my gutters and downspouts when Im sure most crews would have called it for the day and did a great job at that. Their team is professional, and their quality is top notch. Im very happy I went with Mile High Gutter and I highly Recommend you do too. You wont be disappointed!!!
