I am very happy with the awesome work these guys did. I had about ten different companies quote me, and Vadym from 1st Priority was by far the most personal and honest of all of them. He kept me in the loop the entire time up until the work was completed. We went with the class 4 shingles due to the hail and crazy wind we have been getting the past few years. Paco and his team did an awesome job on the entire roof, and installing the new sky light. They cleaned the yard up and left it just as it was before. Sylvia the office manager was also a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough good things about working with this company from start to finish! I highly recommend them!

My Claim started a little rocky due to material Shortages, But at the end of the day 1st Priority Roofing served me very well and helped me get the shingles colors that I wanted! Highly Recommended Vadym with 1st Priority, Very Professional and helped me through the entire process!

We were super impressed with 1st priority Roofing! Vadym was the one who helped us start the process. He was very professional and was super detailed and taking pictures of the damage to our roof and property. He also helped us by communicating with our insurance company and when they left off a lot of the damages that we had incurred, he went to the insurance company for us and made sure but they took care of all the stuff that had been damaged. He helped make the filing process so much easier!
Then the day that are Roofing stuff was delivered they were very professional and quick setting out all of the things that were needed to repair the roof. Due to rain in the forecast today in the dep having to push back the day that they did our yes.
The day that they actually pulled everything off the roof and replaced all of the shingles, they were professional and the supervisor Mike checked in with me on a constant basis sending me pictures of the work they were doing throughout the day. They were there bright and early in the morning and done before suppertime. They did a good job picking up everything that had fallen to the ground and it literally looks like no one had ever been there when they left. Mike also reached out after everyone had gone home to double-check that we were satisfied with the service we had received.
Then the next day after they had put the new roof on, their customer service called us and she was super sweet and just double-checked that everything turned out good. I had one suggestion and that was to make sure that all the gates are closed before they left, and she's totally took my concern serious and made me feel heard.
All in all I would a hundred percent suggest first priority to anyone needing their roof replaced!

Our experience with 1st Priority Roofing was excellent. The sales representative, Vadym Shvets, provided exemplary customer service from beginning to end. When doing the initial inspection, he answered all of our questions honestly and directly. Other company representatives sometimes responded by being defensive or evasive. We were able to get an upgraded roof for less money than we had been quoted for a roof of the pre-existing quality. Therefore, we were very satisfied with our initial contact and the proposal, as well as all paperwork and communications with Vadym.The process of ordering and receiving the supplies was seamless. The delivery was scheduled the same day as a big evening event in our family so we requested an early delivery and Vadym verified that the supplies would be delivered before noon. The delivery men arrived at about 10 AM and were finished placing the materials within an hour. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. On the day of installation, the workers arrived on time, took steps to protect our property, kept the work area relatively clean and safe while installing the roof, worked steadily throughout the day and cleaned up well when the job was finished. Vadym arrived halfway through the day to assure that the work was being done well and on schedule. The work crew finished up a little after dark and came back the next morning to make sure there was no waste left behind. Vadym then inspected our property a second time to look for any nails that could have potentially punctured a tire or hurt someone. During the installation process and after completion of the job, Vadym provided photographs of the work on our roof that were captured by a drone. It was nice to be able to see the progress and the completed project from a variety of different angles. We are grateful for Vadym, the supplier employees and the work crew for the excellent service they provided and highly recommend them for consideration by anyone needing a new roof. If we could give them 10 stars, we would.

I've used 1st Priority for roof and gutter replacement on two separate properties (2016 and 2022). In both cases, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. They also communicated effectively with me, my tenants, and my insurance company. On the 2022 project, they recommended a public adjuster when the initial insurance estimate did not cover all of the hail damage they had noted during their inspection. This led to my insurance company covering more than $12k in additional repairs. During installation, they provided daily updates and progress photos like the ones I've included in this review. 1st Priority did a terrific job of replacing our roof and garage door after a hail storm. Bryan worked directly with our insurance company to make sure all of the damages were taken care of and everything was covered. Bryan and the office staff were very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed documentation for the insurance company or loan provider. I would highly recommend 1st Priority.

Vadym was professional and patient and worked diligently with our insurance company to get us compensation for the storm damage to enable full roof replacement and house repaint. His team noticed two other structures on the property and helped us with those as well.
