1stPriority went above and beyond when they replaced my roof… working with my insurer to make certain all the damages were taken care of using high quality materials, superior workmanship, lifetime / transferrable warranty, timely communication and follow-up.

This is the second time that I have 1st Priority replace my roof and I'm very happy with their services. They also painted my house My insurance cover the cost I only have to pay the deductible.

1st Priority put new shingles and gutters on my house a couple of years ago, and I've been nothing but pleased with their work! I was on the roof just a few weeks ago to install new shutters, and took another look at everything they did; years later it's still spectacular. This last week I was looking to replace a gable vent, and had trouble finding one that would fit - I contacted 1st Priority and offered to pay them to help find a part and to drop it off (I'll do the installation, it's super simple); they helped me find the correct part at a hardware store, no cost, and followed-up to make sure everything worked out okay. Excellent work, excellent customer management, and excellent pricing. When the hail comes to Colorado again, I'll be calling these guys for sure!

Great company with great people. One morning on my way to the car to head to work I happened to look up at my roof and saw a golf ball sized hole, I called my insurance company and they told me to call any roofers to come and give me an estimate. I called 1st Priority on a recommendation from my dad who said they had done a great job on his house. Jacob was my first point of contact with the company and he always made sure to keep in touch every step of the way. Going so far as to come out when the insurance company finally sent some one to do an inspection to go over the areas of issue that he had found. We ended up having to replace the decking as well as the shingles and they managed to do the whole job in a single day. I settled on the F-Wave shingles and since installation I have had lots of compliments from my neighbors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is new or unsure when it comes to repairing or replacing your roof.

I highly recommend Brian and first priority roofing. We were having a hard time with our insurance company covering our roof along with other roofers saying there wasn’t any hail damage. Brian and his team came out took pictures and we were able to get it covered. They also installed the roof within a week to help us close our house on time

1st Priority Roofing did an excellent job repairing my tile roof (with very brittle tiles) and removing old solar panels from the front of the house. They did the job in a timely fashion and Vadym did an excellent job as a sales/project manager providing me timely updates while I was out of State. I could not recommend Vadym and 1st Priority Roofing more highly. Whether you need repairs or a new roof, give them a call!

Our experience with 1st Priority Roofing has been superb. The entire team demonstrated honesty and transparency, which is critical for us, especially when dealing with insurance/insurance companies. Vadym made sure that we fully understood the entire process and any implications, making sure to come out to our house MULTIPLE TIMES from Colorado Springs to Denver to make sure that everything was going as planned. The work only took a day and the roofing team did a great job of cleaning up the job site after work was complete. 1st Priority's communication was excellent and geared toward making sure the homeowner is aware of the process at each and every step.

When Taylor knocked on our door, I was very skeptical. However, he won me over with his no-pressure approach, and he was willing to get on the roof with me to inspect for wind and hail damage. Taylor was a great communicator and gave me time to do my own research. He was patient with all of my questions and very knowledgeable.

Mike, the project manager, also did a fantastic job. He communicated well and verified the job had been completed to satisfaction. When I mentioned a spot in the soffit had been missed, Mike was quick to get Paco back out to fix it. The roof now looks fantastic- the guys did great work and I am very pleased. Everything was very professional, even down to the clean up.

Even Sylvia in the business office was great. She was very personable on the phone and effectively communicated project details.

I was hesitant to go with a company based outside of Pueblo, but ultimately I'm happy with my decision to use 1st Priority. They did great work and I would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Vadym and his team. They helped us with a warranty replacement of our roof because our house was built with defective materials. The whole process was easier than getting the oil changed in my truck and they communicated every part of the process. When material was getting delivered, updating us on weather delays, and following up after everything was completed. They even gave us before and after drone shots of the roof. This is an awesome company and I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you guys!

Very Satisfied -

Recently, our office building suffered damage from one of many hailstorms we have here in Colorado. We requested bids from several roofers and are very pleased we picked 1st Priority roofing company Denver Colorado to re-roof our 10,000 sqft office building.

Throughout the initial bidding process, we were impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Chad Williams and Mr. Mike Schubert. (Two good guys). They answered all our questions, educated us on concrete tile roofing specifics and gave us the confidence to make a final decision.

The job was a bit complicated by the fact it was concrete tile, which is a much heavier that standard asphalt shingle types. The job was completed ahead of schedule despite snow. The crew was professional, polite, cleaned the job site completely and gave us a beautiful new roof. We're most appreciative of their work and the results. We are delighted we chose 1st Priority Project roofing and as we typically don’t recommend contactors, would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new roof installed to the highest standards.

I can't say enough good things about the the folks at 1st Priority Roofing. In March of last year I discovered a leak in my roof and had 3 roofing contractors come in to give me an estimate. Chad from 1st Priority stood out above the rest. He completed a thorough inspection using high-tech drones to capture images of my tile roof from above. He then reviewed the images with me, pointed out the damage that had been done, and patiently worked with me while I filed an insurance claim. As I waited for the claim to be approved, Chad was always available via cell to answer all of the questions I had. Once the claim was approved, he handed things off to my Project Manager Mike. Mike was great while he managed the crew that did a complete reinstallation off my roof, as was the crew of hard working guys that managed to get the work done in just over 2 days. Mike made sure to walk through the job site with me, and was responsive to all of the questions and concerns I had. The end result was a beautiful new tile roof installation, and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend 1st Priority Roofing and can vouch first-hand for their professionalism, and quality of work.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with 1st Priority. Everything was planned out from the start and we were kept in the loop the entire time, from the installation timeline to real time drone images of the installation to post install inspection. Absolute pleasure to work with Vadym and Eric who oversaw the entire process. Would definitely recommend 1st Priority.

1st priority did a really great job and within the scheduled timeframe. Vadym was my first point of contact. He has been really helpful, easy to get hold of, and very much punctual throughout the process. He went above and beyond and made sure that I was satisfied with the job that was done. One of the reasons I went with 1st priority was the fact that they provided me with a detailed report the roof / gutter damages with pictures and clearly explained the process if I were to choose them.

As scheduled, the material were delivered on time which was a day before the roof replacement. The very next day, the crew showed up early around 7am and started the work. They completed the roof the same day and cleaned up pretty good. The day after the replacement, the project manager stopped by to make sure every thing was done right which I really appreciated. I had gutters replaced as well and Bill did a fantastic job. At the very end, the crew showed up one more time to do a paint touch ups.

I am really happy with their work and professionalism. If you looking to get your roof replaced, I would highly recommend 1st Priority.

Chad and his roofing / painting / gutter team were amazing to work with. Our home sustained substantial hail damage, requiring a new roof, gutters, and painting on our home. We upgraded to a high impact roof. Chad made this process significantly easier, from meeting with the insurance claims adjuster, explaining all of the line by line charges, coordinating the various teams, and keeping us updated with who was coming and when. He even provided updated pictures of progress being made and sent them to us while we were at work. The office team also kept in contact with us, explaining the process and providing key contact people’s names and numbers. The crews here at our home were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up very well when done. Overall their communication and quality services were excellent. We love the quality of workmanship and how our home now looks.
