I have only had interactions with Taylor Christianson. He is very rude, short, and disrespectful. He assumes he knows everything and does not care to listen to you. You can tell he has never worked for anything in his life and only is where he is because of his father.

I have not had experience with anyone else in the company so I cannot comment on the business as a whole. I can say I did not do business with them because of Taylor.

Will do anything for another dollar, whatever it takes

The MOST friendly and helpful staff of any retail electric supply company. They have the materials Home Depot doesn't along with expertise.

This company has gone downhill over the last couple years, they have been untimely and inaccurate with my orders lately or out of items completely. I only go there for the occasional good deal on wire anymore.

Best prices of any supply house around. Anything not in stock can almost always be brought in the next day, or you can pick up from another location same day. Awesome staff and free doughnuts!

I was charged 5 weeks ago for lamps and they can't find my order. When trying to get to a manager (to refund my credit card charge) I was repeatedly hung up on. They repeatedly transferred me to people unable to deal with this minuscule issue. Update: they finally refunded my credit card, I just checked my call log and it took me 8 calls to get this accomplished! Lousy Company and Lousy Employees.

I’ve been doing business with Cost Plus almost since they were founded— close to 20 years now. Their prices are reasonable, staff is knowledgeable and well trained. With multiple locations around metro Denver, it isn’t to hard to track down what you need!

Our primary choice for electrical supplies in the Denver area. Great people, good service, and they're willing to try to find the parts you need even when they're short on stock. We've worked with Dave and Eric for a long time, Kris and Robert will always take an order promptly. Their deliveries are on point and reliable. They were friendly over the phone offered a free quote. Sadly after the quote I never received a follow up. The guys who gave me the quote did say once the office sent the quote it would be higher then what they told me. I assumed once they ran the actual numbers but should have know that was a the 1st red flag. Second red flag is the apprentice flipped my breaker off only for me to find hours later when I realized my freezer was off. Besides all of this I still followed up and was looking to schedule as the original quote was reasonable. The office staff was friendly but unorganized they had no record of my quote and had to follow up. When they did the quote was $1300 for 2 outlets. Saying it would take 2 professional electricians 4 hours. When I questioned this she said she would follow up and never did. Either they didn’t want to do the job and over quoted me to scare me away or thought they could take advantage. Either way would not recommend.

I first met Jake while I was employed with a home builder. Their pricing blew others out of the water, and the field guys were really happy with the techs, so when I purchased a new home, Jake was the first call I made. I am not a good customer. I put these guys through a LOT! They installed an EV charger, redid some wiring, replaced fan boxes, receptacles, switches, you name it! The crew was so kind, so respectful of our home, and went well above and beyond to make sure our new home was perfect. They also did an inspection when we were under contract, just so we could have peace of mind. We have so many future projects planned for our house, so we will be calling them for every single one!
