I can't express how awesome Anthony, Noah and Luis did at our house. They came in and installed our light on our 30 foot ceiling. They did such an awesome job and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you again!

Eugene and company were so wonderful. They quickly discovered a burnt wire in the fuse box which solved the loss of electric in part of the house. And a fan was installed on the patio. The work was efficient and they went the extra mile to ensure safety. Very pleasant and kind group. Highly Recommend!

Thorough, Professional, and Customer-Focused

I recently bought a home and wanted to get a clear understanding of the electrical system while also bringing it up to modern standards. When Tim from R&A Enterprises came out for the initial assessment, we started with the panel. To say it was a mess would be an understatement. As Tim put it, “You’re not in immediate danger, but…” That’s when you know there could be problems. What should have been a 150-amp panel was actually only running on 50.

Tim took the time to walk through the entire house with us at our pace, explaining what we had, pointing out where corners had been cut, and referencing code along the way. We did get another bid that came in close on price, but ultimately chose R&A, and I’m very glad we did.

Our panel upgrade was scheduled as a one-and-a-half-day job, but it ended up taking nearly a week due to hidden challenges along the way. R&A handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure the work was done right. We now have a properly functioning 200-amp panel with the capacity to add EV charging in the garage when the time comes.

What really sets R&A apart is their customer service. From start to finish, they were thorough, professional, and committed to doing the job the right way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lumious Electric, Heating, and Cooling gave us excellent service for furnace and air conditioning installation. They also upgraded our fuse box to current standards. All technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the service and will continue as customers.

$69 service fee which consisted of a cursory look around before being presented with expensive options before they would do anything else. The quotes didn't confirm the final price or even if they could fix the issue - basically pay us money to determine how much more money you will pay us.

We had a second company come out & they did the whole project for less than the 'diagnostic' which cost $543. Lots of upcharges pushed, included a '12 month subscription.'

Staff was punctual and professional, however service is opaque and prices are too high for me to recommend the company.

Everything was perfect. It was really easy to setup the appointment and the communication was great. Alan, the technician showed up on time, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease. We went over my options of work to be done and he did a wonderful job at explaining my options. I highly recommend Luminous Electric for your electrical needs! Amazing service got to my house earlier than scheduled time. Seen my house on Facebook in fire dept. Started texting me during panel was smoking and I was with firemen. Moved up service 4 days earlier and boy did I appreciated that. Explained everything they were doing step by step. Highly recommend by me. I only wish is if First Energy was that quick with turning power on. We are going to remodel kitchen and nobody else is wiring. I will be calling them and anytime I have a electrical issue. Thank you for making the difficult time so much easier.

I contemplated writing this review as I don't usually leave bad reviews. My landlord had this company look at my bathroom blower because it wasn't pulling moisture from my bathroom. When the technician, Matt Eckert pulled down the blower, bits of the ceiling came down. Then he saw their was alot of dust on the metal part of the inside of the blower. He then said the replacement blower my landlord got wasn't the right kind, which is fine. However, I asked him if he needed a step stool to reach the blower and he said "no, I stood on your tub" I noticed he left dirty shoe prints on the outside wall of my tub. He left and then called my landlord and told her the blower "might have cat hair in it" I can attest that I am very clean and vacuum and dust regularly and also keep in mind, when I moved in the blower was never working correctly. Essentially, he charged my landlord and damaged her ceiling and made my bathroom a mess with ceiling pieces and footprints on my tub I had to clean after he left. Do not use this company. They suck. Please see picture of the aftermath of what he did when he put the blower back up. He charged my landlord and did absolutely nothing but mess up my ceiling. Unbelievable.

I was very pleased with the service from Luminous. They were replacing HVAC systems in my building and came to my door to see if I was interested in replacing my 25 year old system. They had the old one out and the new one installed in a day. This included having to remove the AC unit from a rooftop. Jonathan and Gage were very professional and answered all my questions and showed me how to use my new thermostat. The difference was very noticeable once the new AC unit kicked on. I would highly recommend Luminous if you are looking to replace your system. AND they offer 36 months interest free financing.

Tech was patient and explained the entire process. Gave me quotes on my wish list with up front pricing. Will be using them again.

Had a great experience with Luminous. Reached out to them in the afternoon yesterday and they got a tech out to me first thing in the morning today. Dalton was my technician and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job with moving the placement of an existing light to a new area and installing a new light. There was no mess left behind and they even hauled away the old light fixture. Highly recommend!

Worked with Luminous on Two Jobs via "Thumbtack"
1. Setup 30amp outlet for RV. We already had a cable underground, 30 amp breaker, just needed the outlet swapped. Misdiagnosed and install was completed poorly. Tech also said a few alarming things, not recognizing the fire-causing implications of the job as he understood them. However, management worked with us to resolve. First impression - not great, but at least they stand by their work.
2. Room to Room fan. We provided the fan, exposed electrical wiring in the attic above room to use. Estimate was incredibly high at $800 (recouping expenses from previous job?), but we agreed to have the work done. Stud finding was done with a drill (see photo, black spots are from "stud finding") which left a lot of damage on the wall. A light socket in our attic, which was used for power for the fan, no longer turns off. We know the tech was aware, because the bulb was left unscrewed to hide the fact it would no longer turn off. I notified management, they ignored my text message. Figure it's time we part ways and i give folks an accurate review of their service. Second impression - not worth the inexperienced techs if the company doesn't resolve issues.

I would highly recommend calling Luminous. I needed a repair done on my attic fan and Jonathan was able to fix it no problem. He was super knowledgeable and I paid a very fair price. I appreciated the honesty and I will definitely be calling again for future needs

Alan installed my chandelier and did a fantastic job. I appreciated his professionalism, explaining what needed to be done and he was a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend Alan to anyone!

Joel did an excellent job troubleshooting an electrical issue I was having and definitely would use again.

Installation was done well and the final result looks great, but the scheduling process was frustrating and poorly communicated. Missed appointments, shifting times, and lack of follow-up made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

We had Dalton do our project, he offered several options.Dalton did a wonderful job and quick and very personable. I would highly recommend him for your next project.
