Otis did a very good job he is polite and very professional. I'm not sure why these questions are in Spanish and have tried many times to translate it to English but I've failed and am giving up.

We had a new electrical panel installed that included a super charger for our electric car. They had it installed quickly (1 1/2 days) and showed us how it works.
Every time I call Luminous Electric, they respond quickly and are very professional.

When trouble struck, Luminous Electric was quick to help out. Dalton was kind and willing to educate me. The work was completed efficiently, and he left me feeling confident that he and the Luminous family cared about my well-being.

Jorge was the electrician. The work was Installation of security light; estimate for additional work. Professional, knowledgeable, showed up on time, great communication skills, no upsale efforts, provided excellent advice without being pushy and was a subject matter expert. We are going to use Luminous for all of our electrical needs going forward.

Justin took time to explain in great detail. Scheduling the appointment was easy to do and everyone was very professional.

Alan did an awesome job figuring out my electrical issue. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue and did a great job explaining what was wrong and needed to be fixed. Also was upfront on pricing before starting work.

Wayne and Kyle did a great job installing our fixtures but more importantly he took great pride in his work and it showed. We could not have been more pleased with not just the service but Wayne’s professional and caring attitude. Next project, we’ll ask for him specifically.

Woke to a house with partial power, the kitchen was down including our fridge / freezer. I called Luminous and explained the situation. Luminous was quick to respond and had Dalton out to our home in under 2 hours. Dalton was amazing to work with. Dalton found the issue quickly and then explained the issue and our options for fixing with various options for upgrades if we were interested. Dalton also managed coordinating the meter panel replacement with the city ( Core electric ), had to leave to get parts, come back and do the work and coordinate with Core again to come back and put the new meter in after the meter panel replacement was completed. All of this was done in the same day. Incredible job for Dalton considering he did all of this in one day and by himself. Thanks Dalton, for your incredible customer service and more importantly, the quality of work you provided. I couldn't have been any happier with the finished product. I will be using Luminous if I have future electrical needs and will be certain to ask for Dalton.

Allan was informative walked us through the process got the work scheduled and Gaspar and Tim got the work completed in a timely and professional manner. Even though we made a few changes the work consisted of a basement rough 40amp EV service line 200 amp panel upgrade arc fault protection for the existing areas in the house.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service
