Great experience! Dalton Carter was my technician. He is very polite, knowledgeable, Professional and could answer any question I asked. He left no stone unturned, checked everything . Five star rating just doesn't seem like enough.. I would have given him a 10 star!

Had an issue with my Ethernet ports and was looking to get some additional work done. Luminous was incredibly fast to reach out and come by to take a look at my current issue as well as provide some quotes on the new project. Dalton was my tech, great guy. I am revising my review from a one star to a five star because after a little mix up, this company went over and above to make things right! They took ownership and made no excuses, advised they were correcting the issue, and even sent one of the owners out to discuss our hvac needs. I always learned that a mistake in customer service was an opportunity to stand out and gain a customer for life, and that was definitely my experience with Luminous. We will definitely be calling them for future hvac and electrical needs. They obviously care about their customers and will make sure to go the extra mile to provide excellent service!

Wayne did an outstanding job installing a light in our bathroom and adding a new set of plugs. The work took 2 hours and the installation was seamless!

The entire crew was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to answer all my questions. They did a super clean job on the installation, but what really stood out to me was that they took the time cleaned up the job site every single day, a detail I truly appreciated.

Had these guys out to install electrical in our basement bathroom remodel and they were exceptional. We had a dangerously full panel, and we needed to run power out to our barn, about 150' from our house. We had 3 bids, and We'R'Electric was actually the highest by quite a ways, but they were the only ones I felt were sincere about doing it right. Both other bids were full of short cuts meant to help me save money. I like saving money, and I don't like to mess around with electricity...especially in a barn.
Jason's crew was amazing. They were early or on time every day of the project. I was always aware of what was going on and when it would be done. The County Inspector told me this was the "best, cleanest work" he'd seen in "years."
Their clean up after the job was as good as their work. They had to work around donkeys, horses, chickens, and hay stacks and never complained or cut corners. Truly amazing work keeping our animals safe and doing the job right.

WeRElectric excels in every category, from the initial communications and prompt follow-up to answering all my questions. Their pricing is very fair. The electricians were very friendly and patient with me while I asked questions. The workmanship quality of the new panel looked great. Everything was done on time as they had promised. We used We R Electric to upgrade our Zinsco Electric panel. I received them as a recommendation from our realtor. I didn’t even think about getting a 2nd opinion because I felt that their quoted price was fair for the amount work involved. Jason was very responsive when I emailed back on a Saturday evening. I had it scheduled before going to sleep that night. Jason also made 100% sure that I knew exactly what was going on during each stage. The level of professionalism, promptness and cleanliness left me feeling extremely well about going with them. When I went back to my house the next day, I had no idea I had any one in my house the day prior. On top of everything, they were so appreciative of the work and that was very welcome in these tough times. I absolutely will save their contact information and refer them for any electric work, or use them again if we need more electrical work done.

Representing a buyer in a transaction involving the replacement of a panel and installation of gcfi outlets and more, his team was courteous, professional and completed the job which took longer than expected due to a power outage. Pricing was fair and they fixed my issue efficiently and adhered to code and did not take shortcuts. I also had a lot of electrical questions unrelated to my issue and was given a lot of valuable information and ideas. Great experience all around.

I called for an estimate to replace and upsize my 55 year old electrical breaker panel from 125 amp to 200 amp. That was in the morning and later that afternoon a technician did a thorough inspection, explained what they would do and 2 hours later I had a detailed estimate from the office. I got two other bids in the following days with one being nearly identical in price and one being twice the price. WARNING! When you get bids from electrical contractors ask them to include proof of an electrical masters license and check with your county or city that the license is valid and belongs to a company employee or owner of the company. Also be sure that the proposal states that an electrical permit will be issued and the work inspected by your jurisdiction. The proposal from We R Electric included all the detail to cover any questions I could think of and the owner touched base a few days later to ask if I had any concerns or questions about it. Very customer oriented.
