COIT did a wonderful job on our carpets - Donovan went out of his way to accommodate us for the best cleaning possible. Great customer service.

Anthony did an outstanding job. This was the second time he has come to do our vents. He is very professional, experienced, and friendly. We enjoyed his help and explanations about how the job would be done and how much time it would take. Outstanding job and service, would recommend COIT to anybody asking.

The dude looked like he was gonna shit a brick but he got to work and my carpets look good enough to not get evicted (~$200) but some stains still remain (not dudes fault)

My couch stank horribly so I hired COIT to come fix that, I also had them do my upstairs carpet while they were at it. I gotta say, my couch smells brand new, and my carpet looks like it did when I first moved in. Beautiful work! Thank you guys!

The work van filled my home with carbon monoxide and had to seek help for mild CO poisoning. The couch cleaning service was subpar, and it actually looks worse/dirtier than it did before cleaning. It just has streaks and can tell where it wasn’t cleaned, and it was dry before taking these.

Alex, from COIT, has been a regular in our home recently. Picking up and dropping off area rugs for cleaning. Each time he has been a great communicator about when we can expect him and always shows up on time. He happily assists getting rugs back in to place so the rooms look great before he leaves. Highly recommend for quality of cleaning, convenience and pricing for area rugs. We will be repeat customers. Thanks for the great service.

The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous and did a very efficient and thorough job cleaning our carpet on all three levels. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend using COIT.

Jeff was a professional and did a superb and excellent cleaning of my carpets. I could not recommend anyone else to do as well as he meticulously with detail made sure the carpets were clean.

Very professional, did a very nice job. Showed up when expected. We had carpet cleaning and blind cleaning and both were managed and completed nicely.

(10/7) Update: Anthony did great job cleaning out the lint from the outside dryer vent cap. Removing the remaining lint allowed good air flow and, after getting new dryer, no more issues with dryer flow sensor.

Initial appointment: The first Technician did an adequate job with cleaning the dryer vent with what he had. I was frustrated to hear from the tech that COIT doesn't actually fix or replace dryer vents, just clean vents (website says otherwise). COIT also didn't provide the tech with a scope light to see if the whole dryer vent was clear too. There is minimal air flow going out the vent cap outside, that's concerning. My dryer also still senses a blockage in the vent duct. I've had to reach out to my HVAC guy to verify duct is actually clear. Multiple issues here, but I appreciated was getting most of the lint out of the ducts with what the tech had available. The rest of my experience needed improvement. I could find no one except COIT to clean my custom faux blinds. The COIT estimator
was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The man who picked up the blinds was kind was as well. I appreciated them!!

Coit was very clean and professional. They cleaned out my heat vents at a fraction of the cost of other bids I received. 10/10. will hire again when I need the vents cleaned again.

I feel like this was a waste of money. I was disappointed, they had done over 2000 sq ft for my house and did amazing and it didn’t break the bank. So I scheduled them to clean two short floor runners and the area rug under my grandmothers bed (so not that much considering her bed was still on it). They charged her almost $700!! That was double what they charged me for 4 bedrooms, two hallways and a full set of stairs. Where is the consistency!? My grandmother and mom didn’t realize how much they spent. I’ll never recommend them again.

I was pleased with the carpet cleaning job although I felt it was still very expensive even with 50% off and $100 credit (from previous work I'd had done). My dissatisfaction was that the technician reeked of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant.

Jose did a nice job cleaning the carpet. He was very thorough and got all the visible stains out. I forgot about an area that needed extra attention and he graciously came back and touched up that area. Thank you for your kindness.

Coit was timely and always polite. There were three people that were in my home and all were polite, pleasant, and busily got their jobs done. I am very pleased with the work they did in my home.

The gentleman who came to give us an estimate was prompt and professional. He was great to work with and we scheduled our cleaning before he left. His name was Luis (sp?)
