Used this company for 3 short term rental turnovers. Each turnover was progressively worse than the last. Zero attention to detail. Sheets and towels left damp. Surfaces visibly dirty. I had to spend over an hour each time finishing the job myself.

We hired them to do a deep cleaning at my dad’s house. He has never once had a housekeeper and has lived in his house 36 years. They did an amazing job! I was so impressed. We had Denise and Noredi and they were so efficient. Their price is very reasonable, too. We will be using them for ongoing regular cleanings!

I scheduled move-out cleaning through the Thumbtack app and Cornelio’s was perfection! Communicative before and the day of. Patient when my complex door wouldn’t open, and cleaned my apartment which was dirty with pet hair and spray tan on the tub like it was new! Truly left my apartment better than when I moved in. The bad reviews make no sense to me - I highly recommend them!!

I hired this company for a monthly cleaning, which I was told needed to start with a $250 deep clean first which included baseboards, windows, blinds, doors, lights, fans, the inside of the oven, and standard tasks like dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Before scheduling, I specifically asked whether the blinds would be cleaned (not just dusted), and I was assured they would be.

However, while the team was at my home, I noticed they were only dusting the blinds. I pointed this out and reiterated what I had been told. The owner contacted the team, and they reluctantly began cleaning the blinds — but only the center sections, not the tops or bottoms.

Unfortunately, several other items that were promised as part of the deep clean were not done at all (not even attempted) — including the baseboards, doors, light fixtures, and inside of the oven. The microwave wasn’t cleaned either. While I didn’t confirm this specific item beforehand, every other cleaning service I’ve used has included it as standard.

When I brought these concerns to the owner, she was extremely aggressive and insisted her team had completed everything — despite clear evidence to the contrary. She said, "my team cleaned for over 3 hours right?!", they actually were there just shy of 2.5 hours, but 2.5hours for a 2700sqft house?

Overall, I would not recommend this company. You may end up paying for services that are either not performed or done with minimal effort. Stay away! Their quotes were also more expensive than other cleaners I've had, but I thought maybe it was worth it if they did a great job.

Cornelius house cleaning was recommended to us by friends who use their services. We had a short window to get our house cleaned before putting it on the market. They did an amazing job with quite a mess, and we are overjoyed!! The house is sell worthy now! I highly recommend their services!!

Genesis was late to her appointment at my place, but after she cleaned the whole house, the reason was clear- she is thorough and driven to make sure it is all clean and the customer is completely satisfied. (Be careful “little and quick” jobs out there, like myself, you may end up with the whole house very clean and spotless!!)

First, let me say that this COIT is a franchise and NOT affiliated with the primary COIT service. I had this franchise come out to my 10 month old home and clean my carpets in three rooms and also clean my sofa.

After the two men left I found gouges in my front bedroom wall and window trim. I contacted their office to make them aware of the damage done. I spoke with the Assistant General Manager, Chance Hall, who apologized profusely for the problem and said that he had many years' experience and he would like to come out and repair the wall and window trim himself.

Chance is a very nice gentleman. He came out to my home and spackled the wall and filled in the window trim. He then came back two days later and sanded the fillers and painted the work he'd done. He did an excellent job.

I am very pleased that Coit stood behind their work and corrected the problem. Again, Chance Hall was very apologetic about the damage and corrected the problem 100%.

Hopelessly stained outdoor sofa and neglected family room/dog room/mud room carpet now looking so good! I thought of COIT as too expensive but nope—a real bargain for the great result. It just feels so good every day to have things clean. Tony is perfection as a tech. He came to give a quote but was prepared for the work if we decided on it. We are so pleased that we did.

Louis who picked up the rugs was awesome. Alex who delivered them was as awesome as Louis. The oriental rugs were cleaned to perfection.

Coit cleaned our draperies. They took them down, cleaned the, and put the back up and some were very long and the curtain rod was very high. They did a great job.

Raymond was professional, friendly and expert in his knowledge which facilitated a quick process for my quote. And then Zach came to do the work, brought all of his professional equipment including a tarp to protect our hardwood floors, and explained everything as he did so, while also demonstrating his 20+ year expertise in duct work cleaning. Both Raymond and Zach made the process easy and stress-free so we will definitely have COIT back to our house for future needs!

Alex did an amazing job! There were funky dog hairs in the couch - he said an hour 15 for the job and it ended up taking an hour 20, and the couch looks amazing! Would recommend and definitely ask for Alex!

Every employee was concise and thorough and did a great job. We will call again if carpet cleaning is needed

Luis and Angel arrived in a very timely manner and went right to work, explaining the process, examining the furniture and providing an estimate. They were both so knowledgeable and professional. Luis also took the time to provide an estimate for vent cleaning (at my request). I enjoyed working and speaking with them! Very nice to have them in my home, and the furniture looks great!
