Absolutely phenomenal experience! They’re so quick to schedule and communicative. They were able to remove my dogs bloody feces from my apartment carpet, my white couch and my beautiful colorful Turkish rug!

When I called Steam Pro I talked to Vivienne and told her I was looking for a vacant unit deep clean. We discussed that the property was approximately 1100 sq ft and almost half had carpet, which included the bedroom and an upstairs loft. She asked a few questions around level of clean and I let her know that I wanted an ultra deep clean as we had four pets, two cats and two dogs, and two kids. She was able to quickly schedule an appointment and I put a credit card on file. She gave me a price quote and let me know that if there were any questions or changes the person providing service that day would give me call. Steam Pro was not the lowest quote I received, but I appreciated their availability and ease of getting ahold of them on the phone so I went with them.

I received a text when their employee was on the way and when the job was finished, 2 hr and 15 min later. Since this is an empty unit I requested pictures of the work via text, this did not happen.

Two days after the work was completed the credit card I had on file was charged $100 greater than the quote I was provided. I called Steam Pro to understand why it was more than quoted and I had not received any communication. During multiple phone calls to figure out why, I was told the price increased because of two walk-in closets (which I originally calculated in the total square footage provided) and extra pet cleaning. Vivienne did not write down that there were pets in the unit when we spoke. The pets are the sole reason I needed carpet cleaning before doing open houses for the unit to be sold, and that was 100% communicated. I was also told that I was charged that amount because if they hadn't done the work I would have been upset and had issues with the landlord. I am the owner of the unit. I shared that with Vivienne in our first call. I was also told that the tech most certainly called me and I just missed it. I let them know I did not have any missed calls. I called back several times asking for the call log I was told would be provided and ultimately they found the technician did not call me.

I am frustrated for repeated excuses of why they charged more with no ownership around why they did not follow their own stated process for communication of a price increase.

Nick did a good job cleaning the carpets. After multiple calls and follow-up, Steam Pro has refunded $35 of the $100 difference in quote. Ultimately, I would not use them again because of a lack of transparency in quote and final charge amount and then the amount of time and effort it took to get some sort of understanding and follow up from Steam Pro.

One of the best carpet cleanings we have ever had in our home! The team was professional, thorough, and did an amazing job bringing our carpets back to life. They were punctual, friendly, and took great care while working in our house. Highly recommend their services!

Company does a good job with scheduling, proper time management, and cost expectations. Leeroy showed up within the time window and let me know that it would take 1-1.5 hours to complete. We had a 3 level home with finished basement and loft, and 2 sets of stairs to clean. It took him around 1.5 hours to finish and then a day or so to completely dry. We did a basic clean for this house for a little less than $400 with a discount. Posting before and after photos of the clean. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

We’re a small property management company, and Pike have been cleaning our three story office building for almost five years. They do a thorough job of keeping all the offices, lobbies, and bathrooms spotless – we’ve yet to have tenant complain about the janitorial services! We also really appreciate a Pike supervisor carries out monthly inspections, and corrects problems promptly.

We’ve also called Pike in an emergency (overflowing toilet), and they’ve had a team onsite within the hour to mop tiles and dry out carpets. We honestly wouldn’t use any other janitorial company.

I have worked with Pike Enterprises for carpet cleaning once every few months over the past 5 years for my own residence and for my rental properties. They do great work! When I've had to use other companies in between, they have never provided as good of service.
