WOW!!! We are SO happy. Pricing was extremely fair, and the service was amazing. To be honest, we were ready to re-floor. Thought our carpets were done, but nope. We had Alex as our technician. He called me on my way to work, so I passed my fiances information along since she was home today. Didn’t have one concern. Extremely professional and the carpets look brand new. Absolutely will use again, and Alex, I will be sure to keep you top of mind with any friends, family, and even my clients. Thank you!!

Zac did a great job, was very helpful and even offered to do an area rug while we was here (I didn’t know the offered that service). Price was reasonable. Will use them again.

Great job by Steam Pro! Garrett did a wonderful job with cleaning our carpeted rooms. All the staining and pet marks are gone and the rooms smell fresh once again.

Ist technician that came left the carpets very wet. He said the his van may have an issue and water was visibly draining from it do I suspect he was right. I called company and they sent someone out that very next morning. I would have given a 2 star but because the company was very responsive, I gave 4 stars.

This company should be called UPSELL INC.. In the first 3 minutes of them being here, their $149 treatment became $329...and he wasn't finished upselling. I asked them to leave. Be prepared.

They came on-time (early actually), immediately went to work on carpet cleaning, was done in no time, was informative describing the process, and finished leaving us with a very clean carpet. Job well done! Oh, and very affordable!

Carpets look good. Technition was great. Just over priced. If I cleaned my carpets twice a year, the cost would be over $100 a month to keep the carpets clean. Too much for 90 minutes of work

Jeremy was terrific and very efficient. He also explained why the original quote I was given was off because of the landings that were larger than usual? I appreciate that and know that Jeremy is looking out for Steam Pro as well as his customers. Good employees are hard to find. Maybe a raise......

Lou cleaned six dining chairs, a side chair, two area rugs and a set of stairsteps. The dining chairs were very dirty where they were pulled from the back cushion in order to sit down. They look great!

Had carpets cleaned this morning. Jaime was fast, efficient and very professional. Would recommend to anybody. This company has been around a long time and they get the job done. Thanks again Jaime

It did take 2 days for the carpet to dry but perhaps that's normal. Carpet and stairway came out looking excellent!

Nick did a great job! First, he used his black light to identify so many dog urine stains that my tenant left here unbeknownst to me. He even removed an old spot that had been there for a long time. He is a very nice and knowledgeable, young man, and even though I had to pay more than the coupon, I’m glad I ended up going for the deep clean process.It was worth every dollar! I highly recommend steam pro.

Stain now covers a larger area.
Traffic pattern looks soiled. Carpet is quite wet and taking. at least 2 days to dry.
The guy who shampooed was quite nice and did his best.
I wasn’t satisfied. Steam pro returned and redid areas. Extra measures were made to dry the carpet. I’m satisfied. It was easy to work with Steampro.

Alex did an all around fantastic job. He walked through our home with me explaining the treatments he would recommend for our carpets. He did not try to up-sell me on anything we “had to have”. He itemized the quote prior to beginning the work and answered all of my questions. He used corner protectors to protect my walls and cleaned up after himself very well. A polite professional young man. Our carpets haven’t looked this good since we moved into our home and our area rugs look brand new. I highly recommend Steam Pro, ask for Alex.
