They charge you a very high rate for a “deep cleaning” when it is just a surface clean, and then attack you afterwards for payment when you complain about the poor job that they did. Their customer service and the actual work is very poor and sub par, very disappointing experience to say the least.

We purchased a home that will need a lot of work to begin with however the initial filth was indescribable. After interviewing 4 cleaning services we hired Cornelio’s & we are completely amazed of the outcome. The cleaners worked so hard & showed up on time.

Terrible experience with this company. Not only was the move out clean very mediocre and required me to do additional cleaning myself, this company stole a significant amount of items from my home. They stole all of the curtains off every window throughout a large home, some of which were new curtains and all of which were high quality items. They also stole over 100 feet of bistro lights that were attached to my covered patio. Additionally, they stole a vacuum, a large wall mirror, and a smoke detector from my home. They initially tried to claim that they threw everything away due to this being a move out clean, but there was a significant amount of items and trash left behind, so they only took things of value to them. There was also no trash left behind at the home to back up their claims that they just threw things away in my trash can. I have asked them to reimburse me at a very reasonable rate for these items, which they have refused and will now not return any of my communication.

Amazing! These ladies do an amazing job for a very affordable price. The initial deep clean was the best $140 I have ever spent! Massive props to Cornelios House Cleaning! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for extra help keeping up with house cleaning. Thank you Veronica!

I was in need of a cleaning as my apartment comple did some maintenance and left the apartment in a poor state. I cleaned the apartment the week before Cornelio's came in so the apartment was pretty clean before they arrived.

I scheduled a cleaning for 8AM and the scheduler didn't schedule the work until 10AM. So I ended up waiting for a few hours. One of the workers didn't wear a mask while in the apartment. Lastly the workers didn't bring enough of their own supplies to clean the apartment and used my supplies, which seems very unprofessional to me.

After completion of the job, I was hounded the following few days for payment, but thought that this was explained when initially contacting Cornelio's that the apartment complex would be paying them due to the poor state the apartment was left in. After this was explained again, Cornelio's still hounded me for payment. Service was completed Saturday and they were paid in full on Tuesday. I don't think that 2 business days is unreasonable to get payment sent to them.

I hired this company to clean my house. The cleaning was good, but they ruined the finish on my hardwood floors. I use Quick Shine on my floors. Prior to hiring this company I asked if they could wax my floors. They used Murphey's Oil Soap on my floors to clean. It ate through the finish leaving them looking like lacquer thinner or something ate through the finish. They put the Quick Shine in their mopping water, obviously not knowing how to wax a floor. The women did not speak ANY English so I could not communicate with them. I texted the owner and she argued with me and told me that I just need to use my "quimicos" to fix it!! Unbelievable!! I had to completely strip areas of my floor and it still looks terrible in areas. They use a mop like that of a janitor, this puts so much extra water on the floor. I will not use them again.

Monica and Katy did an excellent job cleaning my apartment before I moved in. They were accommodating to help me over the phone on video call before and after the cleaning since I was not able to be there at time of cleaning ✨👍

Please do not use this company. I requested one time move-out cleaning and they left with all the dust which means they didn’t even do proper wiping. They said, they don’t steam cleaning for the carpet and gave me carpet cleaning company info. Left most of kitchen cabinet without dusting/wiping. Don’t even want to mention about bathroom/toilet. Not sure if they wiped or cleaned. And asked for $350. (Compalined and got $30 off but still not worth it) Two ladies came and they said ‘finished’ and asked if we can check inside. (My sister was sitting in the garage the whole time not to bother them by the way) they said yes, so she checked and pointed few spots they missed. They still didn’t get it done and the manager called us it’s because our house is so dirty when we don’t even wear shoes inside the house and my mom constantly clean house while she leaves there with my dad. Attached photo were taken after they left without even saying anything.

They kept saying it won’t come out because of grease, but my sister used few clorox wipes and it was off.

I am writing this damn seriously. Find another reliable company. When I put this same review with few after-pictures the owner called me crazy.

I requested a deep clean prior to listing my house for sale. The women who came to clean were nice, but did a standard cleaning. I asked them if this is how they typically did a deep clean and they shrugged and said yeah. They called Veronica and spoke in Spanish to explain I didn’t think it was a deep clean, then got off the phone and said it would be price she quoted. I paid $380.00 cash, $350 plus a tip. They were at my almost empty house for two hours for what Veronica said would take three. Oven wasn’t wiped out, top of refrigerator wasn’t touched. There was a black spot they told my husband they couldn’t get out on the floor.It took me 3 minutes with a Seventh Generation cleaning wipe. The women may not have been told what they we’re supposed to be doing, but I was extremely disappointed. I had to reschedule twice and am giving two stars for that plus a decent standard clean. I feel like I was way overcharged though.

This was the worst cleaning I have ever seen. I did not sign up for a 350.00 job which they insisted I did. The husband of the team that came to my house used water to clean. I was following behind them cleaning it better. Their vacuum didn’t work well, so I asked them to vacuum again with my vacuum. I did the refrigerator, cleaned all the appliances and the wife barely helped in the kitchen. Whatever the wife used on my porcelain in the bathroom damaged it. It was absolutely the worst cleaning I have ever experienced and then I get a text saying that it was 350.00. No way! Do not use them! They showed up 45 minutes late also! I wish I would have looked at the reviews. My mom and daughter came over so we could reclean!

Kathy and Monica were excellent! They are keen on my requests and did it exceptionally well. My house smells good and they left with great smiles. I recommend these 2 to any and everyone.

I wish I had looked at the google reviews before I hired this company- I was quoted a regular cleaning price of $220 for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I provided photos of every room was quoted $220. The cleaners did a good job but when I went to pay, the lady on the phone, I’m assuming it was Veronica, said I owed $300. I told her what the quote was and she argued with me that the cleaners were there for 3 hours, which was accurate, so I owed $300. The quote didn’t state anything about number of hours in the house. I feel like I got baited and switched. I will NOT use them again. Do not believe their quotes.

I used thumbtack to price out house cleaners and found Cornelio’s. Veronica was responsive, flexible, and confirmed her company’s availability and cost very quickly. Her cost was reasonable and their work was very good. They spent a little extra time to finish the job well, and came a bit earlier than originally discussed as our plans changed a little last minute. I haven’t hired house cleaners before but I would hire them again given the chance and need. Thanks to Veronica and her staff!!

If you only read the first sentence, just don't call these people. Just horrible business and service. Quoted a price and when they showed up, got a text saying they needed more because it would take 4 hours, which it never did. They came twice and did a good (not great) job and definitely finished in under 3 hours. Came a third time and didn't stay more than 1 hour. Nothing was cleaned well. To get the house clean now we have to clean everything. They suggested over text that they could come back next week, but we don't want them back. They deserved nothing but pushed us to pay $150 just to be rid of them. Then had the nerve to reach out asking if we wanted to book our next cleaning for next month. Just the worst!

Very quick and very detailed! Only asked for the master bathroom and they ended up getting that done and then just started doing the entire house! I worked with Angy and Jessika they used a translator to communicate but it wasn't a problem at all. About 2.5 years of wear and tear on the house cleaned up definitely worth it.

I’ve been using Cornelio’s House Cleaning for almost 4 years. They’ve been professional, responsive and thorough. I use them 2x/month and they had shown incredible service and care for my home. Highly recommend!

Was hired to clean our home before we moved in to our new home. Wood floors on first floor are filthy. Dirt chunks in the corners of the bathroom, hair in tub drain, mildew in shower, countertops were not clean (found a woman's finger nail on countertop in kitchen). Looks like they used chemicals on a self cleaning oven and didn't bother to wipe it out or clean it properly. Nothing appeared to have been cleaned in the home. Don't waste your time or money.
