Wonderful customer service, and staff who went above and beyond to have our rug cleaned timely and efficiently. This was our second time using them and will be back for the rest of the rugs in our home!

Brought two rugs for cleaning, one with some carpet moth damage. I wasn't sure if I wanted to treat, clean, and keep the latter one, or just toss it. Ann was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She sent pictures after unrolling the rug, to help me decide. I ended up going for the treatment and cleaning, and am pleased with the result. Definitely recommend. :)

From start to finish it was an amazing experience.
The rugs look fabulous. The men that picked up and delivered the Rugs were so professional , careful and knowledgeable.
Ann was amazing to work with. So friendly, very experienced, knows her stuff so well. I loved that she does things with excellence. The job was to take 2-3 weeks. It was finished and delivered in 11 days.

A little while ago, A Cleaner Carpet came out to take care of the damage done to my basement because of a broken water pipe outside my foundation. Water, carpet drywall, mold--all needed work, and they did it efficiently, conscientiously, professionally. They even came out one afternoon to check on the progression of the drying. This company is good.

The team A Cleaner Carpet was excellent! The carpets look fantastic. We had a long time renter move out recently and these guys got the carpets in great shape for the next tenant. Definitely use these guys again!
