Great job on duct cleaning. Very thorough and a job well done. Jon and Derrell did an amazing job and I trust the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has pets! The amount of hair and dirt that collects in your ducts is unbelievable. Get it removed, now. Other companies do not do as thorough of a job and it shows. This company was wonderful.

Chase has done several Jobs for me at my Home and My Business Locations and their work has been great! I had a recent situation with our dog that had to be put to sleep. The carpet had a lot of blood on it. Chase came out and was very honest about what could be done, and because of their Honesty we went ahead and had the carpet and the pad replaced. 2 weeks away from a big event I was hosting at my home, my entry rug had finally arrived from overseas after an 8 month wait. Expensive, hand-knotted, 100% wool. After only 5 days in my home, my dog got sick. Many (and I mean MANY) large and small stains of diarrhea were now all over my new rug and the party I was hosting was looming. My decorator recommended Chase Carpet Care. Wow! Steve and Ann instantly assured me they could clean my carpet beautifully and I will have in time for my party. The guys from Chase Carpet Care came this morning promptly at 9:00 as they said they would. We took them on a tour around the house showing them the furniture that we didn't want them to lift up versus the pieces that we did want them to lift and clean under. A couple of hours later, we walked through the house and saw no more spots on our carpet! There were pieces of either foil or foam under the legs of every piece of furniture they moved, and the carpet looked fantastic. The guys were professional, efficient, and we highly recommend the services of Chase Carpet Care. This is the third or fourth time we have used this company, so this is not a one-time experience of excellence.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Chase Carpet. The techs did a fantastic cleaning the carpets and upholstered furniture in my 2-story house. They got out all the stains and ground in dirt, even from the stairs. The carpets were not soaked, as I had experienced in the past from another service, and dried within 24 hours. (though just to be sure, we waited additional time before putting the furniture back). Plus they were on-time, careful, and efficient.

Horrible. I wanted a deep clean which I made clear when I scheduled them. I went through and showed them what I wanted done, they just nodded their heads and said ok,ok,ok. When they were done I went through and asked if they did the things I asked and just got an 'of course' The barley gave me a surface clean, and didn't touch the things I pointed out. And left early to boot.
