The owner was super responsive at returning my call, got us scheduled quickly, unapologetic that they are more expensive than others, because they are that good. The guys who came to our house were absolutely fantastic. So many disappointing services out there these days. These guys do it right.

I initially rated them at 2 stars because their first trip out to clean my carpet (800 sq ft) and clean the air ducts was rushed and a haphazard. They didn’t clean under any of the furniture and the stairs still had debris left on them.

Based on my first review, the company called me, apologized, and sent out 2 different techs to rectify their mistake. Cris and Jon were very meticulous and thorough and they did a superb job. I’ll be requesting them the next time. Props to chase for taking some initiative and sending out different techs unprompted.

We purchased a new home and scheduled a carpet cleaning. Chase Carpet was ontime, friendly, and efficient. They handled some pet issues from the prior owners and even came back out to take a second pass at a trouble spot free of charge. Can't recommend them enough!
