I wish I could give them 0 stars. They STOLE money from us. We had $49.37 in our coin jar. They took every last penny. This was the first (and last time) letting them come into our home without us there. So disappointed.

I was very nervous using this firm after reading some of the negative reviews on this site. However, I was surprised. Alanna showed up, on time and with a smile. She cleaned my one bedroom apartment and it looks great. I am very happy. I will definitely be using this company again.

UNACCEPTABLE. I scheduled an appointment with these people to clean my 1BR apartment. The housekeeper calls me and tells me she can't find parking. I come right downstairs and tell her there are several parking places near my downtown apartment and that I will reimburse her for any parking fee. After I was told by my concierge that parking is free in my building for housekeepers, I inform her that the valet will take her car and park it. The woman then informs me that she doesn't feel comfortable and speeds off. This all took 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as she arrived at my front door she had had a nasty attitude and cursed profusely. Completely unprofessional, unreasonable, and irrational behavior. Seeing that 4 separate reviewers have all given this company a one star rating, I'd say 'Save your money, save your time, save your nerves'.

I called CCS on a Friday for an "I need it yesterday" cleaning of our office in Denver. They came the next day at 8am, crew did their fantastic job in our office. The office was spotless. Great customer service, great work. Totally recommend.

I had them scheduled to clean my new home the day I closed and was supposed to move in. They were supposed to arrive between 12-1. After sitting in a vacant home waiting for them for an hour and a half, at 1:15 I still hadn't heard from anyone and called multiple numbers, emailed, texted, etc to find out if they were and if they were coming. The original crew had an "emergency" downtown which was why they never showed up but they never bothered to call and let me know. They seem to have little regard for people's time and I should have trusted all of the other 1 star reviews before I booked them. It also is telling that they only accept cash. Not exactly a business on the up and up. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Don't let the negative reviews scare you off. At least in my experience they were very thorough and did a great job. They gave us a window of 9-10am and showed up exactly at 9am. Every inch was spotless, would definitely use them again!

I’ve been searching for that Goldilocks “just right” cleaning company and I believe I found it! I was very impressed with how detailed and thorough Esthela and Mariana were when they did a deep clean of my home. They left my house looking fabulous and smelling so clean and refreshing. I’m obsessed! The attention to detail in booking, billing, and of course, the cleaning, is top notch. The communication is impeccable it’s so easy to add or remove services from visit-to visit. The cleaners themselves are so kind, , skilled, and professional, you can tell they are respected and well cared for by their managers. So often with cleaning companies the service and quality dips down over time but with Sparkulous they are so consistant every single time! The two Sparkulous ladies were amazing! They were here on time and jumped right in. My place was a mess with Dog, Cat and Horsehair! Oh yes, lots of dirt! They methodically went though each room and did now then I ever expected. I love that they have their own purple crocs (shoes) to wear in the house. They brought their own supplies. I can’t wait to have them back !!!

Yolanda and Christina cleaned my house today. Top to bottom beautifully. They didn’t miss a spot they didn’t miss window. They didn’t miss anything at all. They did the most wonderful Job of the deep cleaning was phenomenal. They were quiet, kind, and thoughtful.to I will definitely be using them again. I can say, without a doubt, that Yolanda and Yesenia are some of the most professional, personable, and thorough cleaning personnel that we have ever hired. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Our 13yr old home looks like it has lost 8+ years of wear and grime.
I would not hesitate to recommend them or Sparkulous to any friends, neighbors, even casual acquaintances. A++, 5 stars, there are not enough accolades to bestow. Reach out to Sparkulous and hire with confidence!

Our 1st experience with Sparkulous was wonderful! Heidi and Yolanda were on time and did a very thorough job. They were both super friendly and worked hard to make our house sparkle. I would highly recommend them!

We love absolutely love Sparkulous! It took us a long time to find the perfect fit but they were worth the search. Not only do they do an amazing job cleaning, but they are always on time and incredibly professional. They are so respectful of our home and even work with us through nap schedules. We love everyone on the team and so appreciate their level of care and respect. They go far and beyond any other service we’ve used. Cannot recommend them enough!

I called Sparkulous on Friday to have housekeepers to clean the 8,000 sq ft home I manage on the following Monday. I spoke with Adrian, we discussed what I needed, wanted and expected. He covered what all they do and discussed the pricing with Sparkulous providing all equipment and supplies. He said they could be there Monday at 12:30 with two person cleaning crew. So I hired them.
Adrian (Director of Operations) & Ian Leprino (Client Care Manager) showed up 15 minutes prior to the two women cleaning team. We walked the home and covered what I wanted and expected. The two woman crew,Irma & Michelle, showed up and worked smoothly, cleaned very throughly and made sure I was happy.
Am I Happy? Absolutely 100% thrilled with the cleaning that Irma & Michelle did! I will be using Sparkulous Services again!. This home is Now Sparkulous Clean!!! There are areas of this home that have never been this clean! I highly recommend Sparkulous Services. Very Professional and do what they say they will do!
