Jeff and Chuck are very knowledgeable and personable to work with. Their team is also well rounded and have the skills to get the job done. I would personally recommend them for any future landscape design project.

Chuck, coordinator of the overall project, was very accessible, answering any questions or concerns promptly. Jeff, the project manager, listened patiently to all my requests, answered my million questions thoroughly, and was always helpful. Will, Peter, and Santiago (and NIck when needed) worked diligently and extremely professionally and were delightful to have around the entire two weeks of the project. Their work was excellent. The attention to detail was refreshing. Will's perfectionism with the challenge of the retaining wall was remarkable. The clean up each day was thorough. I could not be happier with the results, and I am already planning on having them back in the spring for the next stage of my landscaping.

I've used Down to Earth for multiple projects including turf, sod, sprinklers, hardscape, patio, grading and drainage projects. Chuck and Jeff offered great insight on the best materials to use as well as taking our ideas for a zero scape yard and making it better than we could have imagined. I'm very happy with the work that Down To Earth Landscaping did at my home. I'm in the landscape industry, so while they were not the lowest bid, I knew they understood the job much better than the other companies I talked with, and I was willing to wait a couple months on their schedule. The landscape walls and paver walkways I requested were not simple, and my yard had challenges for the fencing too. All of which turned out very well, and any adjustments needed were discussed with me. At the end of each day, we walked through and discussed what was done and upcoming. Overall very professional and any interactions within 6' were done with masks. Can't wait until spring to enjoy it more! Definitely recommend.

I worked with DTE to get a landscaping design for my front and back yard. They have been great to work with and did an excellent job in implementing the design in the front yard. They were flexible in making sure the design is what we wanted and moved very quickly in making it happen in reality. These guys were great! I wanted to remove all the grass in my front yard and replace it with mulch, rocks, and breeze walkways. I also wanted two patio sitting areas, one small and one large. They came by, took a look at what I wanted and gave me some great ideas (like a dry creek bed) and a reasonable price. It was a tough year for plants and they were very honest and up front about that, indicating that the plant options weren't great and the cost would not be great either. I really liked that they were being honest about what they could and could not do and did not just do what I was asking for, but rather talked me through why they thought we shouldn't. They started work immediately and did a great job. The crew were all great and they even seemed genuinely excited about the outcome. It is so nice to know that the people who are working on your home are invested to make it great. They knew that I was running into preferred budget, but when the job was over they recommended I considering adding some boulders at some point for some depth and added intrigue. I agreed with them and asked if they could get them for me immediately! Although surprised I was ready to spend more they quickly agreed and delivered on short notice. I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I had never before done any remodeling outdoors. Our home has a small, Denver yard yet we wanted room for our family of 4, with dining, fire pit space, and grass space for kids and dogs to play. We had a lot on our wish list. DTE delivered the most beautiful result essentially doubling our home square footage now that we are able to use the outdoor space! They had great suggestions for materials, pivoted when we made changes, were exceptionally professional and have continued to be a resource for us since our project wrapped up 2 years ago! We value their opinion on so much because we know we are getting the opinion of a team of folks who genuinely care about the quality of work they deliver. DTE is truly a one-of-a-kind team.

We completely redid our landscape, including new gravel and flagstone paths, paver patios, raised garden beds, a fire pit area, moss rock boulders, landscape lighting, hammock posts, a fountain, lots of plants, a couple orchard areas with fruit trees, irrigation, and seeded areas. We were very pleased with Chuck’s communication with us, and the team the did the install (Colin, Colin, Ty, and Nicole, primarily) we’re great. Colin and I had regular check-ins to make sure we were in the same page and everything was according to the design and our wishes. DTE was responsive when we needed to make changes or troubleshoot things on the fly. We are very pleased with the final product and would work with DTE on future projects. Our dog and 1 year old daughter really enjoyed having everyone around and became good friends worth the crew. I recommend working with DTE.

DTEL took our barren back yard and turned it into our very own urban backyard retreat. Chuck truly listened to us when we shared our vision and developed a design that is a perfect fit for how we wanted to utilize our backyard space. If you need anything re landscaping, the DTE guys are the ones to do it. We have known Chuck and Jeff for years now, when they started mowing and maintaining our lawn and sprinklers. Both gents are professional, trustworthy and very customer-service oriented. They recently completed a patio job for us and we couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation with Chuck, to the final power-washing clean up of our driveway with their team, it was a dream to work with them.
