Update: They did contact me thru Facebook and said they would waive the fee and that they were just trying to help me out with securing the dogs - they def handled it poorly but did step up eventually

I called Weston to come look at our fence where the dirt was shifting and pushing the bottom of fence out. Marnie came out and looked at it, was really nice. She said it would be time and materials and then set up Scooter to come out. He came and looked at it said yeah he had some ideas to fix. I went back inside leaving him to do the work. 10-15 mins later he came and got me. Went out and he said he couldn't fix it, he's an irrigation guy, not a fence guy. He did put in a 2x4 and shift the rocks and boards I had out there previously. He said I needed to call a fence guy and re-iterated that he was not a fence guy but a irrigation guy. He was nice and pleasant, I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. Then yesterday I get a bill in the mail for $80. $80 for 15 mins of work and a 2x4. I left a vm at company saying that seemed way too high for what was "done". I spoke to Heidi, again, she was nice, she said Scooter had submitted the paperwork and I told her what was done and she said she'd take care of it. I had also called in this morning because I wanted to get it straightened out and apparently my vm's went to 2 separate lines. So then a Weston called me (I'm sorry I can only remember her last name because it was the company name). She told me how there is overhead and fuel, material costs and stuff. I said I still felt $80 was too high. I was THEN told there was a minimum of $80 charge. Had someone told me there was a minimum charge I would have gone a different direction, especially when the man they sent out was not capable of a proper repair. She did take $20 off. I will be sending check today. But I still feel taken advantage of, everyone was very nice and pleasant and then a F U bill comes.
I feel they should have definitely told me about the minimum bill and sent out someone to do a complete job. As for me I realize that this is a capitalistic country and companies are really all about their profit margin and I should have gotten something in writing prior to anything being done.
Don't make my mistake and not get everything spelled out. I have pics but don't know how to upload them to show you what $80 ($60) will get you.

Weston Landscape did a PHENOMENAL job with our landscaping. We were lucky enough to purchase a house that came with $75K+ in outdoor landscaping, thanks to the previous owners. It's the best Colorado natural landscaping I've seen and we plan on using them for some updates and additional work when the timing is right! Their photos speak for themselves!

We hired Weston for sprinkler troubleshooting. As a result several heads blew and gushed water, and we found a puncture in one of the line. We ended up repairing lines to 3 sprinkler head. They do not stand behind their work.

We have used used Weston for client's landscape needs for years and they have been a pleasure to work with! I have now used them for my personal yard and LOVE the work that the team has done. We highly recommend them!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Because of them, our lawn is dead. After they turned on our sprinklers, we had to call them out multiple times to repair leaks. After getting a $3000 water bill, had to call them out again. Took weeks to come. Just paid them to turn off my sprinkler system. I will never use them again.

They did a great job recommending a landscape in our budget and delivering on a tight timeframe. We wish they would included wrapping the new trees as part of our deal (paid $90 extra), so I’m giving 4-stars now to we see what happens with their warranty.

Weston is a well-respected company. They provide great service at a fair price. Their employees are fantastic and take pride in their output. Mazel!

the workers are professional, considerate, and polite.

I live in a complex that is undergoing landscape renovation. I have been very nervous about it as a plant enthusiast, and the workers have been very careful with my plants while working around them. they have all been superbly polite, and considerate. someone even poked an extra hole in the watering lines to irrigate my daisy's.

I am not the client per say, but am so grateful for these guys, I had to leave a review.

Had to use this company as part of a Denver water project. Tore out our fence and half of our back yard. Our fence was dead straight when it was tore out. It was well over 20 years old. Now our fence is bent over after less than a year. Reason… they used all small fence post to replace the ones they took out. I was told by the fence builder that every other one was supposed to be a larger post. So why did they only put in all small ones??? Who knows. Also. Before the project, I had a 6ft fence. When they rebuilt it, it is 5’2” in spots now. I guess they couldn’t figure out how to step it up like it used to be???? Everywhere where they dug up my lines, they settled, but not just settled, like 6 to 8 inch deep holes settled. This is on top of other things that I had to correct them on during the initial install. 2 stars for the guys. They are nice and easy to talk to. They did correct things a year ago when I told them stuff. That said, I don’t trust the work that they did in my yard, and I can’t say that I was impressed by anything that they did. I am just waiting for my sprinkler system to break where they band aided it back together. I have been in the landscape business for 20 years. I know what I am looking at.

We have had a Weston crew in our apartment community for a few weeks and they have been nothing but professional and polite to the residents here. They never start working before city quiet hours expire and they leave a generally clean worksite. My only complaint is that they don't fully optimize the area they're given at the end of the day, meaning we sometimes lose parking spots when their equipment could have easily gone ten feet to the right in the grass. Otherwise no complaints.

The mowers did a good job, but billing was a nightmare after missed mowings and mowing the wrong lawns and perpetual invoices. I'd recommend a different company. Overbilled us and my client in my opinion.

Weston Landscape has been servicing one of the properties that we manage in Littleton, CO since 2017. They have provided landscape and snow removal services. We have been pleased with their service and responsiveness.

One of the Weston landscaping work trucks hit and run my vehicle. Backed into it, and then floored it in a parking lot full of children to escape. I’ve never received services from Weston, and never will if that is who they are hiring and trusting with their equipment.

Weston has done an excellent job for us with hardscapes and landscapes. Their ongoing care through a service plan has really helped maintain our investment. Customer service is superb.

Weston has done an excellent job of planting and maintaining our HOA property. They also have been very responsive to water
