Boaz, Eli and team are great to work with. We had them come out to seal the chimney, install a cap, and set up an electric fireplace. I was honestly skeptical about electric at first, but they walked me through everything and the end result exceeded my expectations. Clean, professional work all around. Would happily use them again

Boaz was awesome! He was incredibly fast, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a ton of great information about my system and how to properly maintain it. He also provided a bunch of great tips regarding siding/trim work around the chimney we have planned for the spring. I will definitely be calling Crown Up for all of my future fireplace maintenance needs.

CrownUpChimney did a great job. I had not had my chimney cleaned and swept in ten years. Steven did a really thorough job, and paid attention to all the details. He explained to me what he was doing and why, and he made suggestions for the future maintenance of my fireplace. Steven was really nice, friendly, and professional. He also left the work site perfectly clean! I will definitely use these guys again. Thumbs up!

Mac was great. Prompt and professional. I’d honestly thought my fireplace was beyond help but he put in the time to get it cleaned and ready for the season. I highly recommend and will call again.

UPDATE: Had Eli out to fix our cap and install a new damper. Him and his team were quick and went the extra step to let us know the manufacturer's notes on mantel material and clearance guidelines. Eli went above and beyond and we are set for any and all weather with the updates.

Moses came out and inspected our fireplace/chimney. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell us on anything.
Was able to make the fix needed to get us set up for winter and having fires at home.
10/10 recommend. And will call them back if any other fixes/cleanings are needed!

This team is fantastic! I had originally had Eli come out for a quote about 18 months ago to get an idea of cost, and knew from that experience I liked working with the company.

I called back a few weeks ago to setup my appointment and they were grateful for me calling back. The team provided excellent customer service from Julian who came to quote me and answered 100 questions to Eli and his partner who came today to complete the job. Everyone is nice, on time, and respectful of my house, my dog and cat, etc. On top of that the work they do is fairly priced and warrantied against issues, so I loved working with ChimneyUp.

Thank you Eli, Julian, and the whole team. Will be back with any other fireplace needs, and cannot recommend them enough.

He had some great advise about updating the system and safety tips. Our conversion gas system is quite old (20 yrs plus) and our house was built in 1909- so he was very knowledgeable.

Many years ago, I tried to light a fire I in our fireplace and the room filled with smoke. I didn't know who to call, so we haven't had a fire in many years. This summer, I saw the Crown Up van in my neighborhood and called the number. Part of the cap had rusted through, and birds were nesting inside. It took about three weeks for a new cap to be manufactured. But when they came out, the measurements were off. Eli said he could make it work, but he wanted it to be right. Another three weeks, and the new cap fit perfectly. I'm very pleased with the work and I look forward to having fires again this winter.

Pete came out last week and did the free inspection. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He offered to do the work immediately but I hesitated so I could do some pricing research. Learned it was a good price so I made an appointment and today Eli came out to put a sealant and chimney cap on our home. He was also extremely professional and could not have been nicer.

I’ll definitely be using CrownUp for our eventual fireplace project. Thanks to the team!

Alex in the office was very professional & scheduled an appointment for an assessment of our gas fireplace & chimney. Mace came by & explained what needed to be done. When Eli & Aaron came to do the work, we had to reschedule because a mother squirrel had built a nest & was settled in with newborn babies. A wildlife company, Skedaddle, came in the meantime & the squirrel had relocated her offspring, so they removed the nest & sanitized the area. A few days later, Eli & Aaron returned & did a fabulous job. I have a working gas fireplace with new structures inside & on top of the chimney. I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with Eli, Mace, Alex and the entire CrownUp Pros team. They diagnosed the safety and cleanliness issues with our 2 wood burning fireplaces and then worked with me to create a repair plan that was in my budget. Everyone has been very courteous and professional. I’ve uploaded before and after pictures. I didn’t realize that a top of chimney damper was a thing, but after researching I can see how much better it is!

I had a repair to the crown of my chimney, a new damper cap installed, a full cleaning and camera inspection, and a gas log set and old fireplace doors removed. They were great at communicating, on time, friendly and professional, and very clean. Sammy and Eli did a great job. They worked quickly and got all of the work completed in just over two hours. I will definitely be using this company again for all of my fireplace/chimney needs.

Boaz and his team are amazing. They helped make our fireplace and home safer while upgrading the heat output to help keep us warm. They replaced our entire fireplace, and built new custom brick frame that looks great. Can't recommend them enough!

These guys went above and beyond with the cleaning of the vents. I've had my ducts cleaned before but not to this standard. Very impressed with how courteous and professional the employees and owner were.
