An absolute joke of a service. Told
Me they’d have someone at my house at 9am today. When I called to check at 9:30, they said they’d “call me right back” and let me know where the tech was. That didn’t happen. I repeatedly called the office for 20 minutes and no one picked up. Finally at 10:40, they called back and said turns out the “technician was sick.” Total joke.

From 1st phone to the end, punctual, professional, above and beyond, friendly and thanks to Marcus And Craig. Marcus is amazing. Craig went above to clean our intake and outtake vents. Please call them you won’t be disappointed

I had an appointment schedule for Thursday August 26, 2021 to have my AC unit cleaned out at 12:00. At 2:00 when nobody called me or showed up I called and left a voice message trying to find out what happened. Nobody called me back. Today Tuesday August 31, 2021 I called the office again and spoke with somebody who after I expressed my issue was no longer on the other end of the line.
So not only did nobody show up to my appointment, they did not return my phone call and when I called a second time the women on the there line was unresponsive. Unprofessional and I will talk my business elsewhere.

Brandon got me an appointment shortly after I called him, he was very pleasant. Nick and his partner were on time, polite, thorough, and professional. Would absolutely use again.

Timely, courteous, and just a superb job all around. This is a class-act company providing a service that you may not know you need... until after it's done. The entire house is free of debris, order and dust that our HVAC system was recirculating. What a difference a cleaning can make. Well worth the money and a benefit to your overall health.

Second time I’ve had my ducts cleaned in Colorado. The first time is when I moved into my home, I had a carpet cleaning company do them. The only thing I really saw them do is stick a brush into my vents and returns. Before my 3rd child was born I ran across premium duct cleaners. Honestly, at first I was bewildered when the ask to cut holes in my ducting by the furnace. They explained that they attach a high pressure vacuum that sucks all the particles pushed down. They used high pressure tools and cleaned every vent and return. I was shown before and after via their inspection camera and can’t believe I allowed anyone else to clean my ducts. The last people just pushed the dust and animal hair down the ducts to be blown back out. Thank you guys!!!! My kiddos are breathing better!!! Highly reccomend!!!!

Brandon and his crew are amazing! They are Super friendly, informative and do an outstanding job. This is our 2nd time using Premium Duct Cleaners and won’t be the last. This may be a little long but I have to tell my story! We moved into a rental in Denver almost 2 years ago. Upon moving in we were told that the carpets had been professionally cleaned. My husband and I both sneezed and sneezed in the master bedroom and something irritated us both badly in there. We couldn’t ever find out what it was. Then came along our 2nd son and he was sick with what we thought was a cold for the first 5 MONTHS of his life. We took him to the doctor multiple times. Poor little guy was miserable. We talked to our landlord about having the houses ducts cleaned out and told him basically we had to figure out what was making us sneeze so bad and my son so sick. Our family rarely gets sick, so we had to get to the bottom of it or had to move out. It was that bad. Our neighbor recommend Premium duct cleaners. Best recommendation ever! They came out and cleaned the whole house as well as sanitized all the areas. They even found a ‘suspicious’ area that was some sort of growth on our furnace. They cleaned that as well as treated it. The amount of nastiness these guys got out of the ducts was insane. They were very thorough and explained how it all works. Let me tell you... my husband and I have no issues with sneezing in the master bedroom anymore AND my son is now 9months old and literally hasn’t had ANY sickness since like 2 days after these guys came out and performed there service. The deep cleaning they did got rid of whatever was making all of us sick! We just purchased a house and although purchasing a house is super expensive, we decided that we wanted these guys to come back out to the new house we just bought and clean all the ducts also. There was such a huge difference it made in our rental home that we wanted it done in our new home before we moved in. The guys came out yesterday and did a phenomenal job once again. It was disgusting to see what all they cleaned. If you are looking for a duct cleaning company, premium duct cleaners are amazing! One of my new neighbors already got their business card and I told her about how much of an impact their cleaning made on my family. Insane! Highly recommend!

They know more and yet they cost less than their competitors. I used them for the first time today to have my (overdue) duct cleaning. Lance and Zeke were awesome and professional. If I could give them ten stars, I would!

Was is need of duct cleaning before the closing of our home sale. Matt went above and beyond to get us on the schedule the same day. They provided excellent service at a very fair price. Excellent Customer service seems to be hard to find these days. Matt knows the value of a satisfied customer. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed. Lance and Zeke are absolute professional and skillful men. They showed us the ducts as they were cleaning and explained different items so we can understand the process. They were very honest and detailed. My little 2yr old loved them and they were good to US.

Brandon is amazing and extremely trustworthy! He is a perfectionist and does not take any short cuts when rendering your service! We have used Brandon twice and he now offers a low monthly payment plan, where he will service your home once a year. Stop looking around and hire these guys. They were on time, thorough, let me know what they were doing and finding, and went above and beyond. We had a full birds nest in our dryer vent, huge fire hazard, and we had no idea. Brandon and his team got that out, addressed a couple more big issues we hadn’t anticipated, and did the original service we brought them out for, all for the original quote.

A lot of other companies would gouge you for every nickel and dime, but Brandon and his team were amazing. We will 100% be using them again for years to come. They guarantee their work and I can reach out if we have any issues at all. I wish more companies operated like this. If you want great results, on time, and done right, these are the guys for you!
