We had an amazing experience. The crew came to do the duct cleaning then Brandon came after to check and make sure all systems are a go! He was punctual, professional and super friendly! :) I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for duct cleaning!

Working with Brandon and his wife was such a pleasure. Brandon has great communication, and did an excellent job of explaining everything that needed to be done as well as the steps he would be taking throughout the process, and was also up front about all cost (which was VERY reasonable). They showed up on time, and were both respectable and professional by showing up with masks on and removing their shoes when stepping inside our home. My husband and I could not be happier with the job they did with cleaning out TWENTY FIVE pounds of disgusting junk from our homes air duct system and dryer. Gross, I know. But this is something we should all be considering getting done. And if you want to support a local business, get a great value for a service of such high quality, and know you're using the best products in your home.. The 2 people who showed up were exceptional in their professionalism and efficiency. Everything was done on time without it feeling rushed. They made sure to answer any questions I had before, during and after they did their work.The people on the phone were nice too but it was refreshing to have competent, professional workers who were also respectful and appreciative of my business. Highly recommend for a win win experience.

My wife contacted Brandon after finding his business on Groupon. He was very informative and gave us a quote which he honored even though our system was bigger than anticipated. He and his crew showed up right on time and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning our ducts and the difference is definitely noticeable. The system runs better and the air feels "lighter". I would absolutely recommend Premium Duct Cleaners to family and friends. I recommend calling before you purchase a Groupon deal as he can probably give you the same deal or better and you don't have to go through Groupon.

Had premium Duct Cleaners come by and clean our air ducts. They did an outstanding job. Additionally Brandon and Ralph were very professional and knowledgeable, the ducts were cleaned thoroughly and the air feels easier to breath. We have lived at our property for 2 years now and had no ideas how bad our air ducts were. Brandon has great customer service and is very transparent with costs. He was able to schedule us very quickly and even had weekend slots available. I highly recommend him and would gladly use his services again. His crew did a thorough job and we are very satisfied.

Lance and Zeke were great. They showed up on time and got my dirty HVAC system all cleaned out. There was a part of my system that wasn't in code - Lance helped me get that fixed before they headed out. Definitely felt like they went over and beyond to make sure I was in a safe and clean home. Looking forward to working with them again. Would recommend!!

Had a great experience with these guys! The air ducts in my condo (built in 90's) probably had not been cleaned in 10 years easily. Brandon definitely made my day; his guys showed me pounds and pounds of dust and dead insects when they were done with my main rooms. The whole place has a much better smell and just feels more breathable now, especially on the lower floor. Highly recommended, professional and speedy!

This company was fantastic with their service! They were clean, respectful, and friendly. They explained everything along the way and included before and after pictures for me. Due to the weather, they could not get on my roof to clean the dryer vent, but came back ASAP to make sure they finished the job. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will go with them every time from now on.

The new owner Matt is extremely professional and we are grateful to have worked with him. We had a duct cleaning back in August with the prior owner of this company and they didn’t do a very good job. Matt had his team come out for a redo and they were professional, thorough, and experienced. They used new equipment and the condition of the ducts are much better. They cleaned up any mess they made and they actually left the house cleaner than it was before they came. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have ducts cleaned.

Premium Duct Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts of our home! We've been weary to have people in our home since the pandemic but they were COVID-safe, wore masks and shoe coverings, and were careful around the house (used drop cloths and corner protectors), which was much appreciated! The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions as well as provide recommendations for future services. They took their time completing the job and made sure to address any issues that arose, making sure to get the job done right. They informed us that they were using some of the newest, high-powered equipment which removes all residue directly through a vent to the outside of the house. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend them!

I had some remodeling and needed our vents to be cleaned. I gave these guys a call, and scheduled for the following week. I have to say this company is awesome! There was some miscommunication but Brandon the owner corrected it and gave us a discount for the mishap. His guys did a wonderful job and you can smell freshness upstairs due to the sanitization they put in the vents. We tipped them since it was a super cold day and had to be outside to clean the dryer vent. Brandon is a cool guy and very understanding. His company charges about half versus Monster Vac. If you want quality for half the price, go with Premium Duct Cleaners. He’s earned himself a loyal long time customer for sure!!!!

Hands down, best duct cleaning company in Denver! I was able to schedule an appointment with them right away and the crew that came to my house were great and right on time. They were professional, quick, and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend them and use them again without a doubt.

Brandon is one of the nicest guys you will meet. I needed my vents cleaned and had it scheduled out 2 weeks in advance. We had a major snow storm overnight and they initially went to reschedule my appointment. I spoke to Brandon and he was so gracious and arranged things in order for me to get my ducts cleaned that day. Upon arriving, they took off their shoes and treated my house as their own. He thoroughly explained the entire process and then took his time to ensure my entire system was cleaned. Thanks so much, Brandon!!!

Excellent Job!! I called up after seeing info about them online when researching Duct Cleaners.
Brandon was able to get me schedule when it worked for us, the crew that cleaned the vents were Fantastic, they were friendly, upfront and fair about the pricing, took pictures of the before and after, and cleaned up after themselves.
We are so glad we used them and will use them next time we need them done as well.

Had them come out to clean my dryer vent and couldn’t believe how much stuff was in there. Lance and Zeke were super professional when they came over and both had great attitudes! I just had my vents cleaned and sanitized today in my home. This company was great and on it from the very first phone call. The 2 people that showed up were very friendly and they had 25 years of experience. I noticed right away how much better the air quality was in my home after they were done. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and cleaned my furnace motor. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE I did have to return the easher and dryer as problem was not solved I wish they had gone outside to check the airflow but they refused clearly they missed something and they don't do all what their website says. Whatever you do DO NOT let them climb on top of your dryer. I had my dryer 2 weeks when they came out to clean ducts they did clean it out but failed to check the airflow and I caught one of them on top of my new dryer which dented it and I am not able to get it undented. The manual specifically said not to climb on it. They were too lazy to stretch their hands over the edge to take a picture. I still am having issues and they will not work with my work schedule to come back out and recheck everything. I asked them to check the airflow and they would not but the website says they do that as part of the service. It's been over 3 weeks I am not happy at all. I honestly wish I had gone with a different company my mistake. Website says that's all they do nit looks as though they have 3 different companies. They did make one appt with me however after that were almost 10 mins late I sent them a message and they responded they were understaffed they were not going to call me to tell me this just was going to leave me hanging Them since I work til later at night they called while I was sleeping that they had a cancelation wow I honestly need a bit of a notice. I have given them my schedule and still they won't work with me. This is my first ever purchase of a washer and dryer so disappointing. I am still working on alternative things I can do to make this work so I don't have to go back to a laundromat again. Find a better company.
