Monster Vac was responsive when I submitted my inquiry, got my job scheduled promptly and Adrian was my technician who was professional and efficient. The team also took pictures of all of my ducts - they were clearly in need of cleaning and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

Whole experience was wonderful! Called and spoke with Tim in the office. He said due to the age of our house (1953) they first had to test for asbestos. Alex (technician) came out, the same day, tested the system and found no asbestos! We scheduled for the following Friday. Alex and his helper (Sam) showed up, explained the whole process. Alex was very knowledgeable and both were very professional! They provided pictures of what they did, both before and after. What an amazing result! Strongly recommend them to clean your ducts and vents!

We moved into our home in May and our realtor suggested Monster Vac. We delayed HVAC cleaning due to construction projects, but our allergies had been rough—night 1 after the cleaning we noticed a big difference.

Steve was flexible with scheduling, and the team confirmed service date without being pushy. Lance (has worked for Monster since ‘95) and Jude arrived on time, explained the process, and finished in about 3 hours. Lance showed detailed before-and-after photos that really highlighted the results.

What impressed me most is that Monster Vac truly cleans the entire system. Unlike some companies that just shop-vac the vents, they create access points in the returns near the furnace and fully vacuum the system.

This company is great. They showed some pictures before they went down into my crawlspace and they were pretty gross. By the time they left six hours later, everything looked shiny clean. I was shocked that the price stayed the same no matter how long it took them. Last year I had two guys from another company come here to clean out the vents and it cost me a few hundred dollars. They went around the house and vacuumed out the vents from the top floor and never went into the crawlspace. Luckily I couldn't find there information again. I was pretty surprised that now I was going to pay about $865 when the year previous had been less than half of that. But when I watched how hard these two guys worked and then saw the photos that they send after they were finished, it was well worth the extra money. The work I had done last year obviously did very little. They told me I would have to have them come back every year. When the guys from monster vac told me I would only need to have them come back every 4 to 5 years, I was shocked. This has been a great experience not only with the people at the company but the guys who came to the house.

The Monster Vac team did a great job at our house. Went through every duct, cleaned and carefully replaced each vent, and were working hard during the entire time they were here. I was skeptical of whether this was important, but I saw the dust and debris pulled out and am happy to not be breathing it any longer. Well done work and I'd use these folks again without question.

We had a great experience with Monster Vac. Since we were in the process of moving, we needed to get our air system/ducts cleaned. Not only did Alex and Cesar show up early, they were kind and professional, explaining everthing along the way and taking their time to ensure a through process. The process took a couple of hours and afterwards, they walked us through what they did, answered any questions we had and showed us some pictures of what the before and after looked like. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family looking to get their ducts cleaned.

We had Monster Vac clean our air vents over ten years ago, so it was time to do it again. On January 20, 2026 we had them back. The estimate was 4 to 5 hours. Two employees showed up on time to do the job. They both worked consistently for over four hours. They cleaned the vents and were respectful of us. our home and property. They were clean and did not leave a mess anywhere. When the job was done they showed us photos of the vents before and after their cleaning. The vents were surprisingly dirty before the cleaning and impressively clean when they were done. The cost was not cheap but quality takes time and costs money. My family can feel a change for the better in the air quality. Money well spent. Thank you Monster Vac for doing a quality job at a fair price.

Dryer vent was clogged and I had a tool break off inside while trying to clean it. Nick noticed vent had come loose and after realizing access to it was costly, rerouted the vent to garage. Problem solved. He also cleaned our furnace motor while he was there.

I do not usually click with just anyone, but when I do then its someone I would want in foxhole! This guy worked 4 hours strait . answer any concerns I had. Did a complete thorough job, and plain an simple cut no short cuts. Price was great! He even accommodated his bill to fit my bugget. I got a great deal. Courtesy goes long way. Five stars guys!!!! Ty. In the future I will call again.why try something else when it already works.
