I was really impressed with the duct cleaning service! They not only tackled the mold that was triggering my allergies, but they also swapped out the damaged ducts for some top-notch replacements. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything looking spotless. It’s such a relief to know that the air we’re breathing is now clean and fresh!

Monster Vac came to clean my dryer vent as suggested by my dryer repairman. They talked me through the different methods and got the work done quickly.
When my dryer broke a second time, the repair company said they believed the duct was still blocked. Brian and team came and got on the roof, ensured the duct was indeed clean the first time, and didn't charge me extra for the service.
Hard to find great service these days; especially companies that go above and beyond. Very thankful!

We recently had Monster Vac service our home, they came highly recommended from our HVAC company for deep cleaning air ducts. Quick quotes and no pressure sales, setting up the appointment was easy. Our technicians, Alex and Damion, arrived on time and were super helpful in explaining the process and very respectful of our home and our situation with having 3 pets. They gave me updates throughout the process, showing me pictures of the before, during and after cleaning. Very thorough job and super nice guys, they made sure to double check each vent with me once the job was finished to make sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend Monster Vac to my friends in town and call them again for servicing in the future.

We hired monster vac to clean the air ducts in our new house. I was hesitant because they are twice the price of almost everyone. I found that the ventilation system was still dirty after they cleaned it. They came back out and cleaned it again. Though it is slightly cleaner than before, I wouldn’t recommend them. They gave us $50 off the already overpriced service for our “trouble”. I will be going with ductworks from now on.

Overall it was a decent experience. A few issues. We asked to have the technician wear a mask and booties due to our daughter’s medical condition. The tech did not show up with booties. He also missed a vent, and I asked him about it and he claimed he did it. Maybe he did. But the paint is still bonding the vent and wall together, so it does not seem like it. Additionally he left a pile of screws on the hvac system. Lazy mistakes. I also emailed the company twice about the missed vent and they never got back to me.

Alex and Sam were GREAT! Very professional, got to work and worked very hard. Kept my home clean and safe and I was appreciative of all they accomplished. I highly recommend Monster Vac for the cleaning or your vents. My only concern was how payment was taken with a credit card. They did not have a "square" or tablet to complete the payment and I needed to write down all of my CC information. With all of the CC fraud going around these days, this type of CC transaction did not feel secure at all. For a company of this size, there should be a much more secure way to complete the payment.

The team spent 7 hours cleaning our two furnace house and did an awesome job. Alex was our technician and went above and beyond to perform a superb job !!! I highly recommend their thorough service.

The Monster Vac arrived on time. Lister toured my home and explained what he was going to do. He also showed me the furnace coil and explained the its condition. He reminded me about the dryer vent. Amazing service! Tim and Josh came out to clean our system and vents and they were professional, kind, and courteous. They worked quickly and even cleaned all the debris up that came out of our vents. Our family really felt they went the extra mile and the air quality in our house is already noticeably better.

We called Monster Vac after a recommendation and were very satisfied. They came when they said they would and did the job they said they would and then sent photos of the job. It was not the cheapest but we had already tried a cheaper service and were quite disappointed with the work they did not do. The technician Demetre and his assistant were very easy to work with.
