This is a very professional and accommodating family owned company. I schedule an appointment for a quote and it was performed within a few days, After I accepted the bid for the Furnace, AC & hot water heater it was installed promptly. Abel and his partner performed the installation and they were very courteous and professional keeping me updated on their progress. The installation was seamless and Abel walked me through the new thermostat when the job was completed. I would recommend this company for new installation or basic service and repairs. Awesome Family and employees.

This is the second time I have worked with Tristen (owner) and his employees for a mini split installation. They are very honest and fair with their prices compared to the large commercial companies. They are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner. In addition, I recently had to call for service. I was on the schedule the next day which was fantastic. I have worked with several other HVAC companies and Trusty HVAC has been the best experience.

Trusty HVAC installed a mini-split system and tankless water heater in my home earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their customer service is superb and responsive, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their HVAC or tankless water heater needs.

Terrible experience. These guys came recommended by a friend, but I’m not questioning that friendship🥴 Initially charged two hundred dollars, but didn’t fix anything. He expressed confusion about the HVAC issue, wondering out loud what the cause of the problem could be (water leakage). Made two appointments to come back, but they never showed up. Finally got a rude text from the company owner basically telling me to F off. So maybe “terrible experience” is a bit harsh, but it was definitely one of my worst experiences of this kind.

I have used United HVAC on several occasions, and they are truly the best. I recommend them HIGHLY!
