Professional, knowledgeable, expert service! I cannot say enough positive about working with Greg and his crew. They took the time to explain things carefully to my husband, and me. The installation itself for the AC/furnace installation was completed in a day and very professionally done. Two thumbs up!!

Preston was great! He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had our furnace back up and heating quickly. So thankful for their expertise and skill on my repair!!

I definitely would recommend United HVAC to handle any hearting, plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning repairs or replacement. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable in all of the areas mentioned above. United’s pricing was reasonable and comparing some competitors pricing, were considerably lower! I had 5 smoke alarms installed and one new faucet installed.

Steel T Home Services completed an annual service call to keep my HVAC system in top running shape. they bundle my heating and AC systems for service and discount the price.
They scheduled when I needed them to come. They were on time and finished in a reasonable time. I think they do a great job! I would recommend them for all your home ownership needs.

Steel T has been doing our Furnace and AC yearly servicing. I really like to buy the package price that includes both maintenance visits for the year. Matt just completed our AC maintenance. Was on time, friendly, answered all our questions and completed the maintenance in timely and thorough manner. Highly recommend!

Steel T was great! They responded so quickly to our call about our AC! They were out at our home the next afternoon after I called. Richard the technician was amazing ! He was very professional and thorough! He worked quickly and efficiently and got us back in the cool! So thankful!

We had a mini split unit installed this past May 2025 and it is such a relief to have efficient cooling on the second floor of our house! The main air conditioning unit that came with our house does not do a great job upstairs. Very happy with the service, and Ben, the electrician, did all the required electrical work and is an awesome electrician!

Our semi-annual service program with Steel-T continues to meet and exceed our expectations. Jose thoroughly completed our A/C inspection and took extra time to show me the benefits of our p-trap and shut off switch and show me how to clean it myself as I couldn't remember exactly. We also reviewed preventative measures I could do with the condenser unit. Jose is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer facing skills. He also helped adjust our fan don't wasn't running so loudly and now I don't mind leaving it circulating 24/7 which is better for the jnit and overall house comfort

I was very disappointed with the Saturday afternoon service call. I had specifically told the CSR that I spoke with on the phone two things. 1. The service warning light on our smart-thermostat was indicating that service on our system was needed. 2. That our CO2 detector had been activated and was indicating that evacuation was necessary. The two service people, one who obviously was feeling well, only ran the test for CO2 & said there was no “service order” on their work order. This was an UNACCEPTABLE service call.

John was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was a warranty call. The air conditioner fan was making noise and he adjusted the settings. Now it seems better

Technician, Nick, did an excellent job. He was on time, thorough, and informative. Performed detailed inspection and maintenance.

Richard did the maintenance for our hybrid furnace. A wonderful technician and knowledgeable.

Service provider (Jose) was very professional and courteous. He was efficient and service confident. But, just to come out to my home to give me a repair estimate (to my A/C) cost was very overpriced. It’s highly likely I will not use Steel-t for a future-servicing need. I did mention this issue to a few of my neighbors as well.

Steel T did the original HVAC for my home in 2001. When I needed to upgrade to a more efficient system I called Steel T and they did an awesome job replacing everything at a reasonable price. Ten years later when I wanted to replace my whole home attic fan I called Steel T and even though they don’t do those anymore they were willing to see if they could help me out. I know you will receive the same personalized, professional care as I do and highly recommend Steel T as your one stop shop.

I had a new furnace & heat pump installed. Abi was wonderful. He was patient, polite, and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions.

I had a great experience with Steel-T from start to finish! It was easy to make an appointment with their friendly office staff, and I didn’t have to wait long to get on the schedule. My technician, Billy, arrived on time and was super knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my AC unit and get it back up and running. I appreciate him taking the time to show me what was wrong and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this awesome company!
