My furnace was not working and on a recommendation, I called Steel T. The tech that came out, John was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and got right to the root of the issue. Got me right up and running. It was a postive experience and I will be forwarding the recommendation to all that ask me.

Steel-T was referred to us by a neighbor. When our heater/ air conditioner went out, we called Mike and he was over the same day and took time to measure the system, assess our needs, and provide options. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The crew that came to do the installation was professional and very courteous. They stayed a little late to complete the job and took the time to walk us through how to use the system. The whole process was easy. We recommend Steel-T and would hire them again.

First of all, I would give it a 12 out of 5. Nicolas came in and went above and beyond to make sure that my water leakage in the furnace was 100% fixed. My basement was flooded due to a leak from my humidifier. When Nicolas came through, he checked all components of the furnace first. There was a large pool of water at the bottom of the humidifier and my ionized filter was wet also. Nicolas went to open the humidifier to see if the spray that humidifies the system was correct. I had already validated that was the case before I called Steel T. I had already removed the drain hose from the AC condensing line where it was initially installed because water was coming from the middle part of the humidifier. Nicolas went to check that condenser line (pipe) and did a water experiment and saw that the water wasn't properly draining. With the humidifier running and very low humidity, more water had to be pumped into the system and the AC condenser line where the humidifier was drained into couldn't keep up with the water flow and that was the cause of the water back up and leakage. Nicolas went and blew out the AC condenser line and then tested it with water where we could see the water flow out. The other issue was that there was water leaking from the bottom right hand edge. I thought that it was originally from a dirty filter. After Nicolas got the water drain (installed a new clear line so that water can be seen if it ever gets backed up again), he stayed 25 minutes to see if the drip would still come from the humidifier. The drip happened again and he was able to diagnose that the humidifier wasn't level and that is what caused the drip. So getting replacement for my ionized filter and leveling the humidifier, I have not had any other issues. Nicolas went above and beyond and stayed until the solution was fully fixed, not fix something, leave and then I ran into another issue and would have had to call Steel T again. I want to personally thank Nicolas for going above and beyond and making sure that the customer is 1,000% satisfied and that the solution is fixed

Matthew from Steel T came out to do some regular maintenance and when I was complaining about my humidifier being too small for my house he told me it was actually oversized. He then told me how it worked and how to get more juice out of it. My house is SO MUCH NICER now. It will be a much more comfortable winter this year.

This is the second time I've dealt with Steel T Home Services. Both times they've exceeded my expectations. The service person spent a good deal of time educating me about my furnace system, filters, thermostat. I'll definitely be a life long customer.

The tech who came out both times was awesome, Jose I believe (forgive me if that’s wrong brother). Super friendly, and did a great, clean job, even when a one-off random bird was the culprit. The office I’m slightly less impressed with - I waited over a month for them to check warranty and schedule the tech to come repair after maintenance and diag, and in the meantime my hvac system broke and was without heat for over a week this November. That being said, after calling them back a couple times they did make it right with labor for the repair at cost. I will use them in the future but will have to follow up more closely.

Our family has used Steel T for over 20 years at 4 houses. They are the best! Always professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Whether it is the process of getting the quote, or the last little instruction on the thermostat, they are all great. Dave, Nick, Mike and the whole crew were excellent when we got our new furnace installed. Everything went very smoothly from the initial estimate for the install, Installation itself and then inspection. Would highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Steel T and they did not disappoint! The technician (Jose) was prompt, courteous and professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired my heating system. Hopefully, I won't need their expertise for years to come but I won't hesitate to call them again if I do!

Beyond amazing. My technician, if I remember correctly named Nick, was the friendliest, most informative and caring technician you could ever ask for. As a new homeowner equipped with heat pump technology, I truthfully have no idea how anything works- he made sure to teach me everything about the technology including educating me on the accordion sized filters and maintenance, and having me practice removing and reinstalling it. He went above and beyond in all his care and passion for the education and explanation of all things HVAC- all in an effort to keep my equipment running longer and utility bills lower through increased efficiency. Steel-T and Nick will be my go-to forever for any HVAC needs!

I worked with Tracy to get the new water heater when mine started leaking. There was a problem with the venting. Milehi looked at options and we went with a heatpump version that gets me 2600 in rebates. Electrical was installed and today Steve and Jesse installed the unit. Great service and totally professional.

MileHi HVAC came highly recommended by a realtor. My A/C and furnace were installed in 2017. Over the past two years, I’ve noticed that the temperature in my house doesn’t match the thermostat setting. I contacted MileHi HVAC, and Joni, a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable representative, greeted me. She provided fair quotes and even offered a military discount.

Joni sent A’lan out for a servicing and cleaning, which was completed promptly. However, it wasn’t warm enough that day to fully test the A/C, so Joni scheduled a follow-up appointment with Stephen and Angel on a very warm day. Within minutes, Stephen identified ice buildup on the coils and immediately had Angel begin the time-consuming task of disassembling the furnace piece by piece to perform a deep clean while Stephen got to work in the backyard where the AC unit is located. They took the furnace pieces outside for a thorough scrub.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a missing bolt in the blower. Stephen went to a local hardware store to find the correct bolt and didn’t leave until each vent was tested with gauges to ensure proper airflow and temperature. A’lan, Stephen, and Angel were all very professional. They wore booties, swept, and vacuumed the floor before leaving, demonstrating an extra level of care.

I recently had my AC and furnace replaced, and I’m very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Shaun gave me a great price, was honest throughout the process, and was always willing to answer any questions I had, which really put me at ease. Chris and Corbin were the ones who installed the AC and furnace. They worked the entire day on the installation of the AC and furnace, and even though they worked late into the evening, I never felt like they were rushing the job. They took their time to ensure everything was done to the best of their ability. They were also very considerate—protecting my carpet during the installation and cleaning up thoroughly afterward.

Neymi in the office was also super helpful. She took the time to verify with the technicians what was truly needed, which made me feel confident that I was only getting what was necessary.
