Matt inspected the AC and furnace and found issues that needed to be addressed, wrote up a detailed service report and made recommendations. He was mindful of cost but let me know which items needed repair or would lead to more extensive issues. He was polite, and very professional. I highly recommend

I have used them twice: once for an AC issue and one for a gas furnace issue. Both issues were covered by warranty so I cannot speak on price but both times they were prompt, professional and honest. Jose in particular.

They came out early in the morning and went right to work. Found the problem right away, which was quite simple. Decided while they were here to have a complete check up and clean up of my heater.. As the temperature was in the low degrees, it was wonderful. They could come out so early today.

Steel T replaced our 28 year old furnace and AC unit, after prolonging their lives through their regular maintenance program. Mike walked us through the various options and provided very helpful information during an in-home consultation, followed by estimates for each option. The Steel T team who installed the new units could not have been more professional, taking care to protect floors and carpets, consult with us at various steps along the way, and provide a very thorough briefing on the new systems and smart thermostat. The systems were basically installed in one day, with minor followup the following morning. They filed all the paperwork for Xcel rebates, and Carrier warranty. David was very professional, an excellent communicator and very patient with my questions.

Our home builder utilizes Steel T Homes Services for home warranty needs. We've needed to have 2 thermostats and a sensor light replaced since moving in and we've been very pleased working with Steel T. They are very professional, arrive on time, wear boot covers in the home and communicate well. We would recommend their services and give them 5*.

Professional and efficient from scheduling to service. Richard called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and did a great job fixing our HVAC system.He spent two hours and I felt the price was reasonable. I have already scheduled an appointment with their plumbing department for a separate maintenance issue. I feel very comfortable with Steel T and will continue to use them in the future.

Just had the HVAC system replaced and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this fine company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish and they did a great clean up job.

Watched Richard work his magic on our HVAC with broken motor (we used too high a MERV filter for years) and busted motherboard. Dude's got devotion... 4th call on a Saturday and he skipped lunch to fix this.
