MileHi HVAC is wonderful! I have a 12yr old furnace that I was worried needed to be replaced, but after a service call with Chris, we identified that it was just a humidifier issue. Stephen and Angel came out to install a new one and were so amazingly helpful! The install was quick and they explained everything to me, but identified a furnace issue that needed a part, and instead of saying they'd need to order it and come back another day, they went above and beyond to get the part that day and installed it. They stayed late on a snowy Friday afternoon to make sure everything was running smoothly for me. You have a customer for life, and I recommend them to everyone! Thank you again, Stephen & Angel!

MileHi HVAC replaced the compressor on my 16 years old A/C system.
1. The appointments are were scheduled within a day or two after my call, which is great for summer season.
2. Very good impression on the technician - everything he said matched my engineering experience.
3. The proposed repair options were reasonable, no pushing towards "replacing the whole system because it is old" like some other companies like to do.
4. Work was done in a clean way, no mess left, no missing screws, A/C works fine.
5. I googled the compressor price, the MileHi's price is hard to beat.
Bottom line: I used MileHi HVAC service a number of times in the past, and I will use them again.

We hired MileHi HVAC for the install of a tankless water heater. Steven and Angel were great to work with and patient with all of our questions. Despite issues with the Navien unit, and a repeating error, Steven, Angel, and Joni never stopped working and fighting for us to get everything fixed and running perfectly. Steven, Joni and Angel all were friendly and so much help, we truly enjoyed working with all of them, and Steven installed the unit perfectly in our home. Did I mention they were the best priced company out there? They were the best quote we receive by almost 50%. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any HVAC needs we may have.

MileHi HVAC is an amazing company! Everything was reasonably priced, company was super responsive and explained everything before I signed my contract. Steven and Angel were also so nice to work with! You can tell they work really hard and are good at what they do. I would recommend MileHi HVAC to anyone!

Angel and Steven did a great job getting our new AC unit installed. They were efficient, polite and very professional, not to mention we now have AC!! They made sure to also keep our carpet clean while doing the job. Thanks guys you are amazing!!

MileHi HVAC installed a new A/C and heater in September 2024. They did a great job. The price was excellent. Installation was efficient and the installers were very polite. Every step of the installation was explained clearly. The office is quick to respond to calls. They cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them.

A'lan from Mile Hi HVAC came by a house that we're under contract for. We just had inspection but wanted another set of eyes on the Furnace. A'lan was great, helpful and communicative. $175 for Furnace cleaning/service

I had a complete ac unit and furnace replaced. Steven and Angel arrived promptly, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and they did an amazing job! These gentlemen went above and beyond and walked me through everything. They removed my old unit which was located on the third floor, in the heat, and cleaned up everything. The install looks perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Steven and Angel, you two are the best! I can't express how impressed and pleased I am.

Steven and Jesse were super professional, clean and polite. We needed our A/C and furnace replaced at the same time, they went above and beyond to make sure all lines, ducts and drains were secured well, looked tidy and the whole system functioned properly. They even fixed a duct on our water heater because they noticed it wasn’t up to code AND tested our old humidifier and made sure it was operating correctly with the new system. They did a great job protecting our hardwood floors from foot traffic and cleaned up really well on their way out. They took the time to walk us through the system details and operation, including some helpful tips for maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with their work, 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!

Steven and Angel were wonderful! They provided us with a competitive and fast quote on a vent rerouting project that required a quick turnaround. They finished the work in half a day and the place was spotless after. Both Steven and Angel were incredibly friendly and respectful - I hope I can work with them again!

Steve and his partners were very helpful and efficient. They were clean and respected our living space given the work they do, and were very quick to find the problem with our AC and ventilation; had an action plan almost immediately. They were very pleasant to talk to and explained our situation to us perfectly. Very fun and conversational guys, we’ve had them from the start of our renovation journey and they felt like true honorable guests to have when fixing some issues. I’d recommend their handiwork to everybody!

Highly recommend for customer service and professionalism! Our AC went out at the beginning of a Colorado heat wave, and we got several bids from different companies. One company was VERY expensive, and one company had an unscrupulous salesperson who tried to bully us out of $600 for nothing, But MileHi bent over backward to provide us with service that was trustworthy, professional and more affordable than any other bid. Not only that, but they moved schedules and products get us help as quickly as they could. Joanie, Chris, Steven and Angel were all remarkable! Special shout out to Joanie, who really made us feel valued and cared for, and to Steven and Angel, who were at our house fixing a problem much longer than they probably anticipated, but were never anything but gracious, sweet, polite, and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough! Why would you want anyone else?

Great experience with Mile Hi! The estimate was created quickly, office team helped with location planning, and Steven and Angel were delightful. They arrived on time, worked hard, were friendly and professional, paid attention to detail and walked through everything about my new system with me at the end of the day. All items were installed in a clean way with regard to aesthetics and there was no mess anyplace when they left. I would recommend this team all day!

Alright! After not having AC since July 9th and finally getting some relief I want to shout out two guys in particular. Angel and Steven or Stephen I’m not sure which spelling is correct. They were both efficient, kind and respectful. I came home from work early to see them working/replacing my AC unit. They both were informative and let me know exactly what was going on and how to proceed. They left my home clean and had I not came home early I wouldn’t have even known they were here! Our furnace started making a horrible sound. Steven Holstein came out and it took exactly 1 minute for him to discover what was wrong. The first guy didn't even get the serial or model number, and only said, "it might be the wheel bearings and it might be fine for a day or could last another two years." Shawn, Steven and Angel of MileHi HVAC did a phenomenal job installing mini splits in our upper story. They had competitive pricing compared to other companies and showed real pride in the work. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the product. We are already enjoying our upper story so much more with the cooling system they installed. 10/10
