I’ve had great experiences with MileHi. Responds quick, gets out very quickly and great customer service! Steven and Angel were wonderful to work with.

Had a great experience with MileHi Vac.
They gave us a very reasonable price to replace our water heater. Vlad came sooner than scheduled and got the work done in a couple of hours.

They have great customer service. Tracy is very responsive. I purchased an extended warranty from the manufacturer that got mailed to their office and Tracy dropped it off at our home herself.

I'll definitely recommend them.

It was easy to get an appointment scheduled and Alan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to identify an issue with my furnace and get it fixed. Thank you for prompt service! I will keep going back to this company for my HVAC needs going forward. Solid people.

Steven and his apprentice Angel came out to my house today (on a holiday🤯), to help with two repairs and WOW I am impressed! They went above and beyond — even made an extra trip to Home Depot for parts — to make sure things were fixed properly for me. I am so grateful for how thorough they were in their work, not to mention very friendly and efficient. I will use this company for all of my HVAC needs go-fwd, and will be recommending them to everyone I know

I can’t say enough good things about Steven Holstein! HVAC issues can be stressful — you usually get a big price tag and have to put your trust in someone who knows way more than you do. As a business owner, we were in a tough spot because our heat wasn’t working and we literally couldn’t open without it.

Steven came out more than once, always with a great attitude and a real determination to figure out what was going on. It never felt like he was rushing the job or trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He was honest, caring, and genuinely seemed to want the best for us.

I truly trusted him, and that meant everything in a situation like this. Highly recommend Steven for anyone who wants an HVAC professional who’s not only skilled but also reliable and kind.

Not sure how they have this many good reviews. They won't give you a quote, excuses after excuses on why. I've called and talked with Tracy multiple times, emailed her the info requested and it's been 4 business days with more excuses why they can't give you a quote. Just simply needed commercial HVAC filters replaced on 2 rooftop units and routine maintenance, nothing complicated. Don't waste your energy here.

Steven and Jesse did a magnificent job of installing the new furnace and AC unit in our home. They showed up on time, worked hard and diligently all day and stayed until the job was done. Then they walked me through the important features of the units and made sure I didn't have any questions. Very thorough job from beginning to end. Their work was done with high quality and professionalism, and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.
Shaun was very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination of our needs for HVAC systems. He provided good options for us to choose from and helped us come to a conclusion on the best solution for us. He provided a competitive proposal in a timely fashion.

A great group of people to assist during emergency. Our furnace stopped working the week of Thanksgiving. Steve, Joney and Geno assisted us ASAP , we got new furnace , tested and inspected timely.
Such a relieve and the price wasn’t an arm or leg. Fair pricing and such a trustworthy group of people.

Steven and Angel came out around 6pm after what was supposed to be their last job. They were here for about 2hrs trying to figure out what has been going on with my AC after a huge water leak from the condo above me. This was so needed given it's been 97° and I have been in here surviving with a box fan. So naturally I appreciate them soo much more than you could imagine.

For the purchase of a heat pump hybrid hot water heater, I went to 3 local companies for information and estimates. The best in every way was MileHi HVAC on S. Broadway in Denver. They installed my new Rheem Professional today. Their cost was thousands lower than the big plumbing company and a considerable savings from the middle bid. But that was only the icing on the cake. The plumbing tech, Steve, was the only 1 of the 3 who seemed to understand the technology and limitations of the type of heater I specified. His explanations were clear. He was the only 1 to point out that the plumbing pipe upgrade that big company said I needed because of new building codes was unnecessary because the pipe was a vent to the outside for my old GAS heater. Steve answered my questions without dismissing the technology I was interested in and trying to sell me something else. Scheduling was easy and fast. MileHi also handled the electrical installation of a 240 volt line, and pulled permits for the electrical and plumbing work. MileHi knew without prompting how to get me the Xcel Energy rebate ($2,250!) for my new heater. Steve, and Tracy at the office, were responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Chris and Steve did an excellent job on the HVAC in our house! We replaced an existing system that wasn’t heating properly and in just a few days we had an incredibly powerful system up and running. They were both professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

I just had Tieler from MileHi HVAC here and he cleaned my soot filled air handler. He did an amazing job and was very polite. I will definitely call MileHi HVAC whenever I need my air handler cleaned. By the way they were extremely reasonable. Thank you for taking care of such a mess!

Decent contractor for the RENU program and quotes came in lower than other contractors. They didn't try and upsell me at every turn and made it as easy as possible to link with my Credit Union financing through RENU. They worked through my pressing schedule as a short term rental host and although we had some hiccups along the way they did their best to accommodate.

Steve and Angel were my installers and they did a great job. Work looks clean and they were able to get the job done on a tight schedule. They were both professional and took the time to give me a walkthrough of the equipment and covered any regular maintenance reminders. Communications with the front office were a little bit strained and scheduling issues came up but at the end of the day, the installers pulled it off.

I was able to get in touch with MileHi HVAC regarding a furnace and hot water issue, and they were able to quickly get Steven and Angel out to take a look at my situation. The guys understood what I was dealing with and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately they were not able to resolve the problem, but pointed me in the right direction (Xcel Energy) to get help and even answered a few extra questions for me. Thanks guys.

Huge shoutout to the MileHi team that I worked with including Joni, Shaun, Steven and Angel. They answered all my questions from start to finish and made the entire process easy. The furnace install that Steven and Angel did was thorough, super clean, and professional. Highly recommend!

Steven and his apprentice Angel were awesome! We are new business owners of a restaurant and our a/c went out over a busy and hot weekend. They were able to come out first thing Monday morning to diagnose and repair our air conditioner.

This is a commercial unit on top of our roof, so not an easy task. They were fantastic about educating me on the system, which we learned was not serviced or maintained by either of the prior owners back to 2019!

They gave our machine the love it needed to be functional again right away. They also educated me on how the system worked and how and when to do regular maintenance to avoid issues in the future. Great guys, we would definitely use them again if another issue comes up!
