Christopher's Plumbing repaired a leaking bathroom fixture drain line in for us. We were very satisfied with their response time, professionalism and high quality work. James and Colby completely reset the fixture as a part of the line repair to help prevent any future problems. A highly recommended service provider!

Rick and Colby came out first thing in the morning after a late afternoon call the day before. Faucets were leaking in the "fancy," but 40 year old, powder room and 20 guests were coming for dinner the next evening. They coped with old faucet parts and old hoses to repair/replace and a delicate mirror counter top. When the job was completed you'd never know the whole assembly wasn't brand new. Worked perfectly. Rick and Colby were knowledgeable, careful and respectful of our home.

Colby & Anthony were friendly, efficient, and explained everything that they did as they went along. Good Job!

This is my 3rd time using Christopher's. Every time they have been knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain in detail the issues I was having and the best way to handle it. He could have just charged me a trip fee for an easy fix but took the time to let me know I'd be due for new seals and parts in the near future. I'd much rather handle now than have an emergency later. They are always the first on my list. Honest and reliable! As a single woman, something I appreciate!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelan and Colby for a plumbing issue at my home, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional—asked all the right questions to really understand what was going on before jumping into anything. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, which immediately put me at ease.

Kelan worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners. He was super thorough and explained what he was doing as he went, which I really appreciated. You could tell he takes pride in doing the job right. And once everything was fixed, he made sure the area was left clean—like he was never even there.

One thing that really stood out to me was how respectful he was of my home and space. I felt totally comfortable and safe having him around, which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case when you’re letting someone into your home to do work.

Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be calling Kelan again if I ever need plumbing help in the future.

Highly recommend Christopher's Plumbing for their sales and delivery process. Annie was excellent at purchase and made the experience quick and easy. Austin was great at help and support after the install to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall a great experience on both the sales and install.

We needed to replace the jetted tub in our master bath. We obtained several quotes from local, regional, and national providers. We were stunned at the difference in prices. All of the regional and national quotes were 2-3X more than Christopher's quote. The Big Guys would show up, pull out a tablet, fill in a few data fields and voila! - a quote. We've learned from past experience that this is never a good sign when it comes to contractor pricing. Compare this to Christopher's approach: Austin came in, took a lot of notes and measurements and informed us that he wanted to put some time and effort into developing a fair and accurate estimate back at the office and would forward it to us in a timely fashion. It was and he did.
In addition to the remarkably competitive price, the workmanship was outstanding. James and Dallas did a superb job of locating a leak, removing the old tub and installing the new tub, all in a day. Then, Kyle came in to finish the tile work around the tub and again, outstanding workmanship. All the guys were personable and always avoided making a mess. 5 Stars, highly recommended!

Under warranty did not have to pay but Tom and Colby were good to work with them I would recommend the company to my friends and family Had knowledge of what they were doing They worked on my intelligent toilet Did a good job Thanks a lot

The technicians were on time, friendly, diligent, and effective in solving the problem. They explained clearly what needed to be done, and were efficient and got the job done more quickly than I had expected. They cleaned up the area flawlessly when they were done. We appreciate the skill and professionalism and courtesy, and wound readily call them for any future needs.

Colby was great- friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He and the rest of Christopher’s plumbing have been really helpful for my commercial space.

I have an old grohe faucet and had another plumbing co. come out and said they would charge $950.00 to replace the cartridges. Of course I told them that was ridiculous. I called Patrick at Christopher’s and he said they could do it in an hour. They sent Tommy out and he was amazing and finished within the hour and the cost was one third the price. Thank you Tommy

Art came out to assess if we could get an electric water heater. We couldn’t, so we went with a gas Bradford White. Art was friendly and very helpful. Dallas and Jame’s came out to install the new water heater. They were also very friendly, efficient, and informative. They were respectful of our home and did a great job in less time than we expected. The new hot water heater is super efficient. The company was referred to us by a realtor friend and we would not hesitate to refer them. Thanks, guys!

Rick and Colby were just fantastic. They addressed the problem so I could understand and gave me options for how to proceed. I had been quoted $2,000 from another plumber to resolve the various issues, but Rick and Colby were able to fix the problem in an hour, without tearing out tile or drywall. The master shower had been out of commission for 6 months and now it's a real luxury to have it working again.

Rick and Colby were beyond polite and courteous - they wore inside boot covers and cleaned up everything. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I'd use them again without any hesitation.

We purchased new bathroom fixtures from Christophers Plumbing back in 2014. The shower faucet recently stopped working properly and needed replacement parts. Called Austin and he was able to get the replacement parts under warranty! He arranged to have the repair completed as soon as the parts arrived. Highly recommend working with Austin and team at Christophers.

Edit- i’ve used Befort for three or four different occasions now and each time has been nothing but excellent. I will call nobody else but them !! Great prices, even better work!! Anytime I’ve had to call, Jessica has been nothing but helpful and very friendly in every situation, I look forward to calling anytime. Marcus has been out at least on three occasions and is very professional, on time, and his work is hands-down amazing.

Big John was professional and was able to go out of his way to find a way to fix my plumbing and not have to get a new tub. 2 previous companies wouldn’t even try without installing a new tub. I am so glad I called Befort!!! 100 stars ⭐️

The water previously had a horrible taste to it but thanks to Ray installing the water filtration system our water is now clean and tastes great. I can’t thank him enough for the system. Very pleased with the service and will recommend him to anyone in need.

When my pipes burst the day before Christmas, I could not reach a single plumber. It was a bad time for pipes bursting in my neck of the woods. We had to shut off the water to our home through Christmas Eve and Christmas day. On the day after Christmas, I called 13 plumbers to find one that could come and repair our pipes. Befort was my 13th call. They told me that I was in luck, they had just had a cancellation and would send a technician right away. The technician arrived within two hours, and promptly fixed the burst pipes. The technician then provided two options for fixing the pipes so they would not burst again the next time we have extreme cold. We selected a very reasonable option and we could not have been happier. Excellent quality, outstanding value, the technician was very responsive and the people on the phone were understanding and communicated clearly. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Would recommend their services to anyone. Great communication and they did quality work. So Nice to have a reliable company for any plumbing or heating problems that might come up.

Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.
