Befort did a great job cleaning out our drains and replacing all our cracked and split pipes. They got someone out same day for us all the way down to Woodland Park. Found and cleared our clogged kitchen drain and rebuilt all our cracked leaky pipes at the same time. He was great at communicating on his way out, and once he was here what our problem was and how he was fixing it and what we can do for better maintenance in the future. Absolutely phenomenal service and workmanship from the Befort team, thank you!

Very happy with my experience with Befort Plumbing. They cleared out a sewer line that was clogged and took the time to ensure that they got everything out. Eric with A Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating to the rescue! I had very old toilet that was leaking down into the basement. The old original wax under the toilet was the culprit, 'yuck'. Not to mention that old toilet just had to go. I told Eric "let's just replace the whole thing".....I'm a very happy customer. Eric is amazing! Paul and crew are great! I had a hose pipe burst and it was leaking into the wall and under the house. They got into a tight space to take out the broken pipe and moved it to a more accessible spot for the future. They are super friendly and left the place clean. So grateful for the quick and thorough fix!

Called near closing and still had someone here early the next morning. Taylor is the epitome of excellent customer service. He was beyond courteous and checked in to make sure I was on board for the multiple steps our project required. Very satisfied with our experience.

Taylor was friendly, professional, honest, and didn’t mind my puppy jumping all over him while he was trying to work. Oh and now my faucet actually has water pressure and drains properly.

I had a great experience with Clear Choice! I needed plumbing help at my house. Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were helpful, professional and efficient. Eric solved the problem, was personable and respectful of my home .

Woke up to no hot water while getting ready for work. Paul called back quickly and had Eric out to my house by 9:30am to fix. Eric went above and beyond to remedy and fix the issue with my hot water heater before noon! Excellent Service!!!!

Called them late afternoon about coming out to fix a pipe I accidentally nicked that required shutting off all the house water. Unlike other 24 hour plumbers I called, they called back quickly and were able to come out within the hour and fixed the pipe. Also had them move two pipes to fit a new vanity, which they took care of too while fixing it. Taylor the plumber was very professional and neat. Good work, responsive and clear communicators, so I’d hire them again.

Paul showed up and quickly diagnosed multiple issues with my old boiler system. He accurately priced the parts and labor. He was diligent and highly professional. In fact, he even returned the next day to check that my system was functioning properly. Excellent service and superior competence!

On the first blizzard Fall 2024 I had my boiler give out on me. I called a clear choice and they were at my home 2 hours later. Paul was my technician and he was so polite and took the time to show me what was wrong and explain it to me in a way that I would understand. My house is back to being warm just in time for more snow.

This whole operation is first class from initial contact to clean up. Paul and Eric installed a tankless water heater for us the day it went out. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, hard-working and no bull. Very reasonable pricing. Great value and top-notch service. I’m so glad I found these guys—our new go-to plumbers. Could not recommend more highly.

These guys were great! We used them for a repair in our office. They actually offered to make it out the same day I called but we needed to schedule for a different day. They were on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to do the needed replacement same day. Taylor and Eric were the technicians and did an excellent job and Paul was so helpful scheduling and getting needed insurance forms so the work could be completed. We'll be using them again when needed. Highly recommend!

We have finally found our go to for Plumbing needs. My wife and I have lived in our home for 38 years and have not used the same plumbing company twice. I found A Clear Choice on Dave Logan’s referral list and called them because they had the highest number of avg STARS per review. Eric arrived within the first hour of the 2 hour window provided and was ready to go. I showed him what we needed repaired and added some additional work too. Eric is knowledgeable, has a can do attitude and is very conscientious. I found his work to be excellent and the overall price of the work done was reasonable. I have no problem recommending Eric and A Clear Choice to anyone needing a plumber and will be calling them if future plumbing needs arise.
