Erin, Tony, and Omar were a delight to work with. Erin was wonderful with her communication and getting someone to our house to fix a leak the same day. When Tony and Omar arrived they were courteous, explained everything they were doing, and provided the options available. Tony and Omar worked quickly to locate the leak and make the repair. Afterward, Erin and Tony ensured I was taken care of by communicating with my insurance company and completing the needed form. My extended family is always looking for good tradesmen and I am so excited that I can confidently recommend True Plumbing.

We've had True Plumbing out to do multiple gas line updates on our backyard. Most recently they added an extra connection for us to run a pizza oven. Dean was on time, vary courteous, and got the job done promptly while explaining everything and staying after to make sure our pizza oven worked. Always pleased when we work with this team, would highly recommend.

True Plumbing is awesome, came out next day for our downstairs shower leak. Gerald was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Our sewer line was clogged up and the basement floor drains were backing up onto the floor. I called True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and made an appointment. The appointment window was 8 to 10 AM. Dean and Hunter showed up promptly at 8, diagnosed our plumbing system, and explained what they needed to do. They were able to clear our sewer line from the basement all the way out to where it goes under the street. Everything is working now and I thought the price was very reasonable. I’ll be calling True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning anytime I have any plumbing problems in the future.

I cannot recommend True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning enough. I had a massive project done after my foundation had to be rebuilt. I had my main line reworked and a new water heater that went into my home. Every single employee that worked in my home was kind, knowledgable, hardworking, and accommodating. Tony, Omar, and Dean especially made all of the work that I had done easy for me to understand what they were doing and work quickly to ensure that I was able to be comfortable in my home with running water. I have found a company that I trust for all of my future plumbing needs.

They did not quality control our 10k plumbing job on a 2k sq ft house. I would say don’t be confident they’re going to do it right. they left the kitchen disposal disconnected, but more importantly there was a leak in the basement that we only found because it showed up on the drywall we installed after. We called them to fix it and they did, but now I’m just worried there’s more issues since if they checked once the job was done they would have easily caught that stuff. I’m not an inspector, and I’m sure most customers aren’t

Turns out there were more issues. The galvanized pipe that was replaced had been a part of our grounding for the subpanel in the house. No one had mentioned this to us. We only found out after some electric issues in the bathroom, including a lightbulb exploding due to a power surge. We then hired an electrician and cut into the ceiling where we saw the clamped ground wire on a piece of pipe on the side closer to the subpanel not attached to anything. So tldr; the home's electrical system was left ungrounded due to the pipes being pulled, it was a learning experience to me but the guy should have probably warned us cause it left the house completely ungrounded

These folks replaced our tub and they did a wonderful job! Great customer service, responsive and affordable. We just found our plumbers for future projects.

I’m very impressed by the staff at True Plumbing and drain cleaning! I had a leak in my basement and the two employees that came out to work on. It were so professional, patient and explained everything. There were no hidden costs and everything was explained upfront before service was performed. Highly recommend!

In a nut shell, fantastic! I had them install a water heater a few years ago (which was excellently installed). Today, I found out that the water heater was leaking natural gas. When I called them up, they came over right away (even though it was near the end of the day). They fixed it all within the day and had me back up and running.

Great service! Dean was punctual, installed our new water heater, and revised some copper plumbing that allowed better access to our furnace. He also assessed a plumbing issue that needed to be rectified in our old 1910 house and provided several options. After fixing the issue, Dean installed a new modern sink to complete the project. We're happy with the results and highly recommend True Plumbing!

They are always professional, knowledgeable and efficient is solving any plumbing issue. We have used them for years and have never been disappointed with their service.

The service was overpriced (the typical price for a sewer line camera inspection is supposed to be $125-$500, I was charged $500) and didn't solve the clogged sewer line.

Will never recommend, simply because of the same inflated prices as Applewood and other predatory companies.
They drained my wallet instead of my sewer line!
There's only a handful of honest plumbers left in Denver and True Plumbing is not one of them.

Update: I'll have to get my sewer line replaced with my plumber that has 40yrs of experience and decent pricing. When he retires, I'll empty his son.

This was my first time using True Plumbing. I had installed the pipes under my sink after replacing my counters last summer and made a mistake. They had appointments available the day I called and the next morning. They asked for pictures of the affected site so they could be prepared. I appreciated getting text the next morning asking if the plumber could come early and the message and picture of the plumber they sent when he was on his way. Gerald was friendly and professional, explaining to me the mistake I had made and how he was going to install the new pipes. I will definitely use True Plumbing the next time I need work done.

These guys always provide great, personable service. And honest too. We had a water heater that kept turning off, and it wasn’t obvious what the problem was. Instead of trying to upsell all options (or suggest replacing), Hunter and team did their homework and discovered the problem (which was an easy fix). Thank you all so much!

First time customer. We really liked working with a locally owned company. Both office and field staff were very friendly and responsive to our questions and issues with our tankless heating system. Service was timely. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend.
