We had a big job and Clear Choice and Paul handled it great. Best plumbing project I’ve ever been through. I will use them for every plumbing problem we have and would highly recommend them.

We needed a full water heater replacement and some updates to bring our system up to code. Taylor did our replacement and he was excellent. Very thorough, friendly, professional, and his work was sharp and very tidy. Leagues better than other plumbers we’ve used in the area. This company is our new go-to. Great experience with these guys from the first phone call to end of service. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve had A Clear Choice out to our house now twice for two separate issues over the last few months and couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided. Calling for scheduling was super easy, same day service the second time we needed assistance which is incredible!! Taylor replaced a shower drain on the first visit with the quickness, Eric was here last night to replace old leaking shower handles in a different shower. Job wasn’t as straight forward as expected but A Clear Choice KILLED it! Previous company performed a “repair” that lasted <4 months before leaking again. I’ll absolutely be using these guys in the future. Hard finding an honest, dependable service company these days.

Water heater was leaking right before thanksgiving, I called and got an appointment set up for the future but clear choice called me Wednesday and had an opening. Paul came over and was able to replace it that afternoon! Great service! Paul was friendly, polite and clean. Will definitely be calling back in the future for further help!

I’m very happy I called Clear Choice when I had a gas leak. Eric was awesome. He was patient and meticulous, making sure we fixed the gas leak identified by Xcel but also finding an additional, bigger leak. He worked with me to make sure we found the leak in a smart way without having to damage much drywall at all. Now I can feel safe in our home. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Eric is absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend him highly enough! He was incredibly thorough, warm, friendly, and an excellent communicator. We’ve had ongoing issues with our tankless water heater for years, and despite multiple plumbers trying to fix it, no one was successful. Eric’s knowledge and expertise truly stood out. He quickly identified and resolved the problem. I’m honestly amazed. A 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

He also efficiently fixed our leaking toilet and garbage disposal. Honestly, so impressed!

I’ve used A Clear Choice twice now and they have exceeded my expectations both times. The first time my water heater started leaking, and Paul was able to come out and replace it the same day for within $100 of the other quote I got. Today Eric came out to look at some concerns my home inspector brought up, and after he thoroughly inspected everything he explained to me what my options were. I felt comfortable holding off on any preventative repairs for now and he told me what to look out for in the future. I will definitely continue to call these guys as they have been prompt, honest, and reasonably priced.

A fantastic small company who deserves your business. Their bid for a lead pipe drain replacement came in 1/3 the estimate of a bigger company in town. Great communication throughout the process. Eric the plumber on site was fully transparent during the repair and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He took his time to get the job right and fully tested pipes afterwards to ensure our satisfaction. Outstanding service from the initial contact through completion of the job.

I’ve used True Plumbing twice within the past 8 months and have had two great experiences. Kyle and his staff are honest, professional, communicate well and fair in their pricing. I’ve had True Plumbing replace my hot water heater and do a repair on that same water heater free of charge as it was the fault of the water heater manufacturer. Great plumber, highly recommend!

I could not be more thankful for True Plumbing. I had 5 leaks in my basement this summer with the rain / hail and can FINALLY leave my house without worrying when it rains. True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.
