Tom Suman and Colorado Water Works are best in class! I live in an old loft building in downtown Denver with some old pipes. We had a situation where a clog in the drainage system resulted into leaking and nearly flooding into the unit below and Tom came by within 2 hours of contacting him and solved the issue in under 90 minutes. Super professional, very educated, and incredibly effective. Thank you Tom!

13DEC24- just had Clay, Adelia, and Dale install my new tankless water heater. They treated my house with care, cleaned up after the install, and walked me thru the system as they installed it. Very pleased with the service!

Mitch replaced both the tub drain and bathroom sink stopper in our rental unit in a quick & efficient manner. The sink repair was a last minute add-on and he had to go get some parts, but was back fast. He cleaned up well and it was all done affordably. We will definitely use this company again!

We are very happy with the work of Perfect Plumber. They always show up on time and get things fixed. Dennis was very nice and even dealt with our overly curious cat.

I asked them for a quote to replace a sink faucet and it was over $700. I asked them the amount of time and they said about 40 minutes. This is a rental property so I needed to fix a leaky drain immediately. I asked them to fix the leak and I would replace the faucet myself. They said they would fix drain $290. I had them do that unfortunately, they did not fix the leak. Now I’m taking extra time out of my day to replace the faucet days earlier than I planned. It takes me probably about an hour. What a joke Of a company. I texted them and let me know they did not fix the Issue and I have not received a response. i’m sending my correspondences to BBB.

Once again, a perfect plumber Lived up to their name! Tony and his assistant came out to my house today and help me put in the plumbing for my basement. they did an excellent job and were extremely professional!!!!
