A Perfect Plumber came recommended to us by a friend who does home inspections, and they have been incredible. It is such a relief to have a plumbing company that we can trust. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, transparent about what they’re doing and how much it will cost. So far all of the work has been quality and the pricing has felt fair.

An extra shout out to Billy who helped us most recently with a smelly hot water heater. He got the job done efficiently and was kind and patient in explaining what was likely going on.

This was my first experience with A Perfect Plumber. Michael D'Angelo was our plumber and he was respectful, transparent, and worked quickly on issues with our kitchen disposal and drainage. I appreciated all of the explanations and showing exactly which parts were the issue!

Great company to work with. Scheduling is easy. Prices are fair. Customer service and friendliness is 10/10. They have installed a new hot water heater, replaced toilet flanges and fixed our kitchen faucet.

great service from the tech fast, reasonably priced and did a great job with our 2 clogged drains. Only reason rating was 4 instead of 5 stars was that he was 45 minutes late from the 2 hour window the company estimated when I scheduled it.

Needed repair on my Navien tankless combi boiler water heater (a bit of a specialty task / need). I consulted Navien's website first for service providers (they were listed there), consulted BBB(Better Business Bureau) and did a quote request.

Based on my (detailed) request, I appreciated they were did schedule a consult quickly.

The tech that came out (Dale), while a bit rough, almost immediately diagnosed my issue (correctly, I might add - this is after consulting with other companies (and the manufacturer) and getting a repair).

The main issue was I didn't get a quote back for a week (was promised within a couple days). By that time I already had wheels in motion to have someone else to fix the issue.

And, this is me being picky, is I wish he might have recommended additional maintenance to the unit - since he seemed very knowledgeable.

Quick response to consult, delay in quote, which led to me to go with someone else - however, I will keep this company in mind for other needs in the future due to the knowledge of the tech.

We called A Perfect Plumber after getting a quote that gave us sticker shock and we're very glad we did. Got a straight forward and clear quote that was almost half of the other. They did great work and got everything done quickly! Will be absolutely calling them again!

Referred to A Perfect Plumber by my electrician, Electricall LLC. They got out same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, removed as little drywall as possible to fix the issue, and were done in about an hour and a half! Will recommend them for everyone going forward!
